La comunidad de Ocean Village, ubicada en la isla Hutchinson, es aproximadamente una comunidad privada de 120 acres ubicada directamente en el océano. Este nuevo alquiler cuenta con un condominio en el primer piso sin escaleras, 1 habitación con cama King size / 1 baño, plano de planta abierto, cocina mejorada con encimeras de granito, todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, sofá cama de cuero, cama king size, este condominio tiene capacidad para 4 adultos o 2 adultos y tres niños pequeños, ducha con lavamanos adicional, pisos de baldosas, porche semi privado ubicado en la parte trasera del condominio. Nueva lavadora y secadora, hermosos muebles y decoración. Siéntese fuera de su patio semi privado rodeado de un seto de 8 pies y disfrute del maravilloso sol y del hermoso paisaje tropical. A solo pasos del primer hoyo de un campo de golf de 9 hoyos par 3, canchas de tenis, 4 piscinas climatizadas, bochas, shuffle board, un restaurante de servicio completo frente al mar, bar tiki junto a la piscina principal y más de una milla de playa privada frente al mar . All in all - perfect
My daughter and I spent two weeks in this lovely apartment. We couldn't have found a nicer place to be. It was beautifully furnished and everything we could possibly need was there. There was more than adequate drawer space. The king-size bed was super. We enjoyed being able to sit outside in a quiet space at the back.

Just as described in pics - great communication from owners. Lovely flowers and wine with music presented at entry. The master bed has a 4” thick sponge topper which was too much as we like a firm bed but we made it work. There are no grills at all in the complex if you like to grill. The restaurant on site was closed as it was off season but we were happy with the condo all in all.

The condo was exactly as pictured, beachy and cozy! Loved the area and we enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and restaurants. Kurt and Melody made our stay stress free..easy check-in and supplied all the essentials! We would love to come back soon! The flowers and wine were a welcoming surprise!

Fantastic getaway to a beachside paradise
My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! Such a lovely and welcoming place. You felt transported into a tropical oasis. The place was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The whole community was great and the beach was a few minutes walk away and was spectacular. We wish we didn't have to leave! Thank you for your hospitality especially when our plans changed last minute due to a spring snowstorm.

Beachy Condo
This condo is clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything you need is in the condo. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. We always bring our own chairs and beach umbrella but it's nice to know they are there for your use. Had a small issue with the air conditioning and Kurt was there within the hour to remedy the situation. We don't frequent restaurants and I found everything needed to cook our meals. Easy walk to the beach and pool. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. We spent 21 days in this condo. It's our second time at this particular one. I would never consider another condo in OV. A huge thank you to Kurt and Melody. The flowers and wine are such a nice touch after a long drive. We really hated to leave since it feels like a second home.

Lovely home with all the necessary amenities.
The home was decorated very beachy which was so fun and bright. The walk to the beach was quick. Loved the additional sink area outside the bathroom. Plenty to do near the condo in Jensen and Fort Pierce. NFL Sunday at the bar on property was lively and plenty of tv’s and specials.

Loved the condo and tropical decor. The location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Tennis courts right outside the door so playing every morning was so convenient. Everyone was so friendly and inviting. I will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful, comfortable condo steps to the beach
We stayed for 5 nights, wish it were longer. Our stay was dampened by a 2 day rain event but the unit was comfortable enough to let us decompress and binge watch some TV and back to the beach when it cleared up. Close to restaurants and Ft. Pierce for grocery shopping and the hosts had a bottle of wine and flowers waiting for us on arrival. If our travels bring us back to the area we would definitely stay again, top notch.

Perfect get away from craziness of life
We , the family of four, stayed in the condo for a week. It was our first time in Fort Pierce and we absolutely loved it. The apartment is located very close to the city and multiple beaches. The lived how few people we found on our beach. It was very private. The owners were very easy to reach and very accommodating with any questions we had. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. Thank you, Curt and Melody . We will be back. ❤️

Grew up in Fort Pierce and decided to come back for our vacation this year. The condo was just what we needed! Close to everything we wanted to do! Property very clean and easy to access from vehicle. Bed and living room comfy. Quiet unit close to golf hole #1. The golf course in great shape...fast n fun greens. The beach is beautiful here and the bunnies hopping are so cute! Property owner very responsive and helpful.

We had a great week at this beautifully decorated condo by the sea. Ocean Village is a gated community on Hutchinson Island in close proximity to Ft. Pierce. The property is beautiful and offers golf, tennis, heated swimming pools and a restaurant. The walk to the beach is short with easy access. The condo has a well stocked and attractive kitchen, a very comfortable king sized bed, great shower and very comfy living room sofa and chairs. We had some bad weather resulting in Wi-Fi problems. The owners were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to remedy the situation. This is a gem of a place. We look forward to returning soon

Another Great Stay at Ocean Village
This was our second visit to Ocean Village and we loved it (again)! This condo was identical in layout to the last one we stayed in however we found the decor nicer and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We were a quick 4 minute walk to the beach which was nice as well. Everything was clean and in good working order. We had an issue with the washing machine (which turned out to be a water shutoff that the plumber had failed to turn on after replacing the hot water tank). We contacted Kurt and he and a friend came down that morning and got the problem fixed right away! We loved this condo and are planning another stay at some point!

Awesome stay with great Hosts!
Hosts were very accommodating and make their space feel like home. Check in process was easy and very close to the beach. There is a ton of stuff to do in Ocean Village. We love staying here and this spot is definitely our favorite so far!
