“El hotel se ve bonito de afuera y las áreas en común también. Pero la habitación que nos tocó para 3 personas era sumamente pequeña. Ni siquiera nos podíamos mover, con 1 valija por persona. La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, sólo un pequeño ventilador muy ruidoso que no bastaba. Además, no cortó el sistema de calefacción del baño, hasta las 11 de la noche que llamamos a recepción haciendo el reclamo. Para entonces, ya el ambiente estaba súper caluroso, en pleno verano, sin aire...

Interesting option, the indoor pool, the gym and the saunas. In spite of the explanation about the water temperature, we would have loved it a little warmer.”

“We stayed in a spacious suite on the 2nd floor with beautiful sea views. Hotel has a great location, just a short walk to Bournemouth beach. Bed was super-comfy, pool area was well-maintained and we were pleasantly surprised with the food (having read mixed reviews). We would definitely return. ”
