“El hotel se ve bonito de afuera y las áreas en común también. Pero la habitación que nos tocó para 3 personas era sumamente pequeña. Ni siquiera nos podíamos mover, con 1 valija por persona. La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, sólo un pequeño ventilador muy ruidoso que no bastaba. Además, no cortó el sistema de calefacción del baño, hasta las 11 de la noche que llamamos a recepción haciendo el reclamo. Para entonces, ya el ambiente estaba súper caluroso, en pleno verano, sin aire...

“The reception was ok. Cleanliness ok Bed comfort Zero Bathroom Area Zero General atmosphere Zero. Only food available a Breakfast box by the door. Left after one night and had to pay to stay in another hotel Hotel near by provide good service and Evening meal plus cooked breakfast at just a small amount more than the Westcliffe. Cost me an additional £500. Covid Excuse does not apply as I have stayed in 4 hotels in Devon and Cornwall all providing good service and Food. Only worth £40 per...

“Me fue excelente ”

“This hotel is in a great location, with fantastic views and everything in walking distance. We had a sea view room, with the added bonus of a balcony. The room could have be cleaned better we found broken glass pieces on the bathroom floor and a crisp packet in the bedroom area... The lounge area is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal. The food we had from the bar menu was good, although limited choice. On the whole, a good weekend. ”

“The hotel is good, it was clean and so, although you may have the feeling that the best years are behind you. The staff is very helpful, but they forgot to apply our VIP access benefit. Interesting option, the indoor pool, the gym and the saunas. In spite of the explanation about the water temperature, we would have loved it a little warmer.”

“The staff attention was outstanding. The hotel is outdated. It needs a refurbishment. The bedroom carpets are mouldy as are the other carpets. The cleaners do a good a very good job, however this does not compensate for the circumstances of the outdated rooms. The public areas are generally well kept. ”

“I had a slight problem with the room but the staff were extremely helpful and the problem was swiftly fixed. Apart from that though, it was a lovely stay and look forward to coming back. ”
