Este condominio renovado con buen gusto en el corazón de Boulder se encuentra en un pequeño arroyo de riego con vistas a las planchas. Walk score de 94. Situado en un pequeño complejo de condominios tranquilo, este es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de su visita a Boulder.

Está a pocos minutos a pie del mercado de agricultores, cafeterías, excelentes restaurantes y estudios de yoga. Literalmente, puede estacionar su automóvil a su llegada y caminar para su estadía completa. Cada Memorial Day el Bolder Boulder corre justo en frente del condominio en Walnut Street.

Cute and cozy!

This property was as described, very clean and extremely well appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with the creek in front of us, and a dedicated parking spot made for easy in and out. We walked to Pearl Street and enjoyed the neighborhood.

Great Boulder Stay

Great location for walking downtown. Peaceful porch with view of a stream that was a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon drink. Most complete kitchen setup and best selection of stocked goods (coffee, spices, etc.) of any rental we have stayed in. Very close drive to university and to Flatirons.

Great place, functional but vertical. Location great.

The place was nice and comfortable, the living room was good, the kitchen well equipped. I would only add the caveat that the stairs to the bedroom are steep, and older people (such as me) need to be cautious.

Perfect weekend stay in Boulder

Everything was perfect, from the great location to the soft, fluffy towels and comfortable bed. The pantry was stocked with spices, olive oil, and other commonly needed items to cook a meal. The bathroom had a drawer of necessities had we forgotten anything. Our kids enjoyed the quaintness of the sleeping loft and we enjoyed the solitude of drinking a cup of coffee on the porch while listening to the bubbling brook flow by. All the little touches by the owners were wonderful.

Downtown Oasis

My husband and I loved our stay at the townhouse. It was exactly as described in the listing. The location was an easy walk to Pearl St to enjoy local shops, restaurants and the Farmers Market. The townhouse had everything we needed and was fully stocked with so many amenities including fresh flowers from the host. I highly recommend this townhouse for your stay in Boulder. Solo hiking vacation

The kitchen had everything I needed to cook in. The bed was comfortable and the laundry was right next door. I sat outside overlooking the stream next to the apartment. Although small, it felt spacious with the high ceilings. I walked easily into town and shopped in Pearl St. Weather was perfect and the AC and heat worked very well when needed. Plus you have your own parking spot. Perfect stay!

Lovely, sunny, comfortable and great location

This was the perfect place for my 10 day work trip. The location is fantastic; I really enjoyed walking to coffee shops in the morning and to restaurants in the evening. The bed was extremely comfortable and well-equipped with different pillow options. The kitchen was well-stocked with spices, oils, condiments and cooking utensils. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Great spot near downtown Boulder

Lovely, cozy, clean unit. It has all the little things that make it feel like a home - travel-sized mouthwashes, plenty of spices, and tupperware. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area

Great location and apartment

Great and comfortable stay at the apartment. Super convenient to walk to town and easy to get out and about. Loved the Sonos music, especially since we already have the app, and all of the thoughtful, homey touches. We would definitely stay again!

The location is perfect. We walked to morning coffee and dinner every night. The open design of the three levels (living room, bedroom, loft) worked out well and the beds are super comfy. Glad to have the stock of board games too.

Comfortable bed, clean, within walking distance to Pearl street’s many shopping and restaurant options. Management responds quickly to questions and getting into the property is an easy process. We would return to this property again.

Perfect location- quick walk to pearl street, close to Whole Foods.. Well stocked w everything I needed in kitchen, laundry facility and a beautiful peaceful spot: rolling water right outside the door -on a warm day to open the door and listen to the water flowing was a treat. Perfectly cozy launch pad

So close to everything Boulder, yet very private & spacious feel inside. The bathroom being downstairs on a cold winter night would not be to everyone’s taste, but, otherwise it was very nice. Hoping to return some day.
