The apartment is in a fantastic location just a short walk to Metro which takes you everywhere in Boston. Lots of very thoughtful items in the apartment. A very enjoyable stay. I am a property owner and have used VRBO for 15 years for several of my own properties and was surprised that my request for check in details 3 days before (we were travelling from London) was refused by the owner on security grounds ( I had paid in full 8 months previously), telling me I would receive them the day before we arrive. However, I had to write again the night before we flew. VRBO usually automatically send these details 3 days before arrival but has to be pre filled by the owners. It did not happen in my case. But that aside it is a lovely apartment. You don’t need a car and although close to the airport they must change the flight paths as some days were quiet.

Clean and very nicely decorated
We stayed 2 nights. The bed was comfortable and the entire apartment had everything we needed, including washer and dryer. The airplanes did not bother us at all. It is a very cute place! It was nice to have off-street parking. One thing to note however is the parking space is not very deep. Our pickup barley fit without the bumper sticking into the street. Certainly no fault of the owners, just something to consider. Also, as many others have mentioned, the stairs are steep and a bit tricky at the top. They do have a nice sturdy rail, and based on a text from Liz, they have plans to update the stairs soon. Would stay here again. steep and a little trickybat the very top.

This is the one!!
This is exactly where you want to stay for access to Boston, Revere Beach, Salem, Cape Ann. Half a block to the public transportation system, parking for your vehicle. The apartment is lovely, well appointed and very comfortable. When I return to Boston, I am definitely returning. Lissette was a pleasure to work with and made sure we had everything we needed for a great get away. Thank you!!!

Great location, well-stocked
We were amazed that the apartment was so well stocked with everything that we could need, and more. Even though we only stayed two nights, we were grateful for the washer/dryer that we could use before flying home from our vacation. The location provides excellent access to all the local sites and we enjoyed relaxing in the living room after a day of site-seeing. The apartment is very well decorated and felt very cozy. It was a bit loud with the airplanes landing so frequently, so we made use of the ear plugs that were provided by the hosts. Thankfully there seemed to be a stretch of time during the night where the planes weren’t coming in. Overall, we would recommend and would stay here again if ever in the area another time.

Great spot for solo traveler or couple
We spent the weekend in this cozy upstairs appartment just outside of Boston. The appartment was spotless and well-appointed. Having a dedicated parking spot was much appreciated. Although we did not have any trouble, the interior stairs to the unit were steep and may be a challenge for those with mobility concerns.

Perfect Location!
My friend and I had a wonderful week here! This is a great location. Super easy to access from the airport and check in was flawless. We felt very comfortable and had easy access to the subway for all of our Boston explorations. We really appreciated all of the thoughtful little extras like the snack basket and just in case bin. Communication with the hosts was easy and attentive. We would definitely stay there again!

Great apartment with nearby subway access
We stayed here for an anniversary trip and were greeted with really thoughtful towel swans and rose petals. Between that and the bathroom decor it felt like a spa. It was a bit cold this weekend to sit on the deck but it’s still a lovely view to watch the airplanes fly over!! Thursday night there were quite a few planes but surprisingly few over the next few days. There is a convenient market right down the hill, a Dunkin’ Donuts and Italian pastry shop we unfortunately didn’t get to check out. The Beachmont T station is literally 2-3min away by foot. Awesome to not have to drive in Boston to get there. Only 20-30 min to Lynn and outside Salem. We had an amazing time and will be planning our return soon!

Great base to visit Boston and Area
Revere itself is past it’s prime but the apartment is very well situated to explore the area by road and public transport, the train station being only 3 or 4 minutes walk. It is close to basic local amenities. Luigi’s make a good Pizza. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Sadly it is in the Airport flight path but that was less disturbing than we anticipated on arrival.

Cute little apartment
The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. It’s a short walk from the blue line subway, and an easy walk to the beach. Although it’s close to the airport, the noise isn’t bad at all. The view out the back door is lovely. It’s a historic building and you do need to walk up stairs to access the apartment. This wasn’t a problem for us, but if you have limited mobility or bad knees, you might struggle.

Comfortable home away from home
We had everything we could ask for on our 1st trip to the Boston area. Lissette & Dan's apartment is comfortable from the bed, the sitting area, the kitchen to the cute little deck. Plenty of space to put our stuff and so many extra touches, we didn't want for anything. The T station is literally 500 steps away, and just a short ride into Boston. The neighborhood is quiet & friendly and easy to walk around. We had great, clear communication with our hosts & check in was smooth despite an after midnight arrival on our part. The view of Revere Beach was great for viewing 4th of July fireworks too! The only two things to note are 1. the apartment is directly under the flight path of Logan airport, (which we were made aware of before booking) however, the hosts do provide a dish of earplugs and 2. the apartment is at the top of a steep + narrow flight of stairs, so it could be challenging for someone with mobility issues. We would definitely consider staying again if we return to Boston.

Safe neighborhood, close to the Blue line (like a 3 minute walk), very clean inside, comfy bed, and great view on the porch over a few glasses of wine. We'd love to stay here again when the time comes.

Boston Getaway 2023
My wife and I had an excellent time at this property. It had everything we needed and more. It's also only a couple minute walk to the subway which can take you just about anywhere in the city. I would highly recommend this property for any other couple looking to explore all that Boston has to offer.

Charming Apt. with Water View
This roomy apartment provided a cozy, comfortable spot for us to settle in after seeing the many historical and literary sites in Boston. It was immaculate—-lovely decor, washer, dryer a huge plus, and it was very close to the airport and the mass transit system. The owners thought of everything—snacks, plenty of towels, comfy bed, and clear instructions on what to do. Perfect!!

Pros-- the unit is located a 5 minutes walk to the Beaumont subway station. Convenient to go downtown to avoid parking and traffic. There is an Italian bakery across from the subway station selling great variety of bakery goods. The washer/dryer in the unit are great for traveller for a longer stay. The kitchen is well stock with cooking utensils. Cons -- the apartment is located on the top floor of a typical 3 story building in Boston. The staircase is narrow and steep -- not recommended for people with mobility issues. The host provided a bowl of earplugs for the guests since the apartment is right on the flight path of nearby airport. Communication with the host is good.

Wonderful Experience
The apartment is wonderfully equipped and close to the metro. If you are coming from the tourist sights, get off one stop before the Revere stop. It is much closer to the apartment than the Revere stop. The apartment is close to the beach and the tourist sights are easy to reach via metro. Exceptionally well equipped and very comfortable. We would certainly stay again if ever we are in Boston in the future,

Enjoyed our stay celebrating our anniversary and visiting son in Boston. Really cute decor and comfortable bed. Everything we needed was here. Fully stocked kitchen if you want to eat in. Short walk to the Beachmont Train Station to get to Government Center. Enjoyed walking to Revere Beach and Dining at Dryft Restaurant overlooking the water.
