While the location was great, there were some issues with our stay. 1) We were sent the incorrect login code and it took us 20 minutes to get the correct (different) with no apology. 2) The overhead lights in several rooms did not work- one bedroom had a clamp-on lamp on the bed frame.3) There was an exposed outlet with no plate- we had two toddlers with us.4) The back porch was unusable- we did not go out there as it did not look stable5) The air condition units were loud and were insulated with paper towels. 6) The hot water heater broke, which was not the fault of the owner but we did not have hot water (seven people) for two full days. We asked for an appropriate refund and the owner gave us 10% of our money back. Given that we didn't have hot water for 40% of our stay and the other issues, this does not seem reasonable.
