Witches Trip
Amazing! We loved the property. We could walk to everything. The condo had so much charm and was nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and they did an awesome job decorating for Halloween. We would definitely stay again

Spooky Fun!!
Five 50+ Girlfriend trip, AMAZING! This was our first time in Salem, and I can’t wait I to go back! The Archer House was top notch! We stayed on 3rd floor of the house. Our space felt homey, comfortable and clean! I would def stay again. Tight stairs leading up to the 3rd floor, so pack light! The location is perfect, near everything! The host was very prompt with my questions. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

The Good Witch
It is a historic property, the Archer House, that has been restored to reveal the awesome details but comfortable beds and modern kitchen and bathrooms. It is not handicap accessible. The location is perfect for all things Salem! We had a a great time!

It was in the perfect spot to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Salem. The host answered my questions right away and were very friendly. Clean and very well maintained. One of the best rentals I have ever stayed at.

Amazing Location and Hosts
We just recently had a girl’s trip to Salem in September. You can NOT beat this location! The walkability to everything and designated parking spot made this place worth every penny. Krysten and Mike were incredible hosts that made sure we had everything we needed. Bonus host was their sweet dog, Olive. The only downside to this house was the floors were pretty uneven. Felt a little like a “fun house”. Also, there are two flights of stairs up a narrow hallway. This is understandable since it is a very old historic home. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

This property could not have been in a better location. We loved being able to go back to the house in between the long shopping days. It accommodated our every need, including the character of the floors and halloween decorations. We will be booking again!

Great stay
Property was great,clean wirh lots of room for the 5 of us.Close to many attractions in the downtown aswell as restaurants.Hosts were very responsive and checkin was great.I would definitely recommend this property. We all loved it here.

Perfect location and beautiful
We have been visiting Salem every summer for 7 years. This is by far the best place we have stayed! First the location is perfect, close to every attraction. The place is beautiful and spacious. I brought 5 college/high school girls and they had a blast at this place. The 2 queen beds and double sink bathroom was perfect for them. I have insomnia, but slept all night on the comfy beds. The hosts are wonderful with easy check in and out, available anytime for questions. Easy and free parking! Looking forward to returning next summer!

Walkable and Charming!
My family and I stayed here for two nights to break up our travel from Acadia National Park at the end of our vacation--well worth it! The apartment is charming and more spacious than I expected it to be. We were able to turn in our rental car early because no car is necessary at this property: restaurants, kitschy shops, bars, and the historic walking tour are all just blocks away. A wonderful way to wrap up our hiking trip with some easy strolling around a historic town. If we ever return to Salem, we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect!
From check in through departure it was a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful, clean home with modern amenities (it was so hot that week and the a/c was FANTASTIC) and historic charm, we loved our stay. Owners reached out to make sure we were ok, but we never needed their help because everything was so perfect!

Excellent place to stay!
We loved this place! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s very quirky with lots of character. Squeaky pine floors, low ceilings and slanted floors. Lots of space for four adults. The washer and dryer was a life saver. We only did carry ons knowing we could do laundry. It had lots of extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location was perfect. We walked every where in Salem. We could walk to the train and go into Boston. The owners were very communicative. I highly recommend this place!

House is very close to everything! Very clean. It is a 3rd floor apartment. Steps to get to unit are steep and narrow. Apartment has a lot of charm. Might be tight for more than 4 adult guests.

The perfect location to everything Salem
The only thing I would say negative about this place was the fact that we didn’t get to stay longer! Beautifully decorated and only a few minutes walk from anything Salem. Host was amazing and you can park right behind property versus paying to park elsewhere. I will reserve this location when I come back again!

Great place in Salem
We stayed here for a wedding. It's a beautiful historic building with a interior to match. The apartment has been beautifully updated and has that historic charm. The beds and pillows were really comfortable, which is hard to find while staying any place other than your own home. The apartment is perfect walking distance for Salem sightseeing, restaurants, and bars. We parked our car and never needed it until we left. The neighborhood is quiet. We stayed during a Thursday & Friday night and we walked back from the bar at 2am with no problems The owner, Michael, was very accommodating and responsive to my questions. I would stay here again.
