Super spacious, well-appointed, very comfortable!
My friends and I had such a great time staying here! The location is incredible! Couldn't believe how spacious the unit is, too. The host was very, very responsive and helpful. Overall, we couldn't ask for a better stay.

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay here! It is in the Theatre District, a couple blocks from the Commons and within a couple blocks of multiple subway lines. The apartment is spacious and easily slept our party of 3 adults and one teenager. The finishes are higher end (although it was missing a toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms). The only comment I would make is to give more details for anyone traveling with someone with challenges walking - everything is accessible and there is a walk in shower once you get into the apartment, however there are 5 steps to get up to the apartment out of the hallway. One of our party has difficulty with stairs but was able to make it okay. Communication was great and we would definitely return! Thanks for providing a great VRBO!

Downtown Boston
We couldn't have been happier with our stay in downtown Boston. This place is perfectly located to walk everywhere. Or, a subway stop is right next door. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shops, and historical sites nearby. Noise levels at night were surprisingly low for a downtown condo, probably a result of its location on a pedestrian-only street, which we liked.The space was more than large enough for our family of five. The WiFi was great.

Great condo in downtown Boston
My family and I stayed in this condo for nearly a week. It was a great experience. The condo was clean. It’s very spacious! It was exactly as it was presented except it was bigger and roomier than I expected. The owners or managers were amazing with their communication prior to and during our stay. I had a couple things come up and they responded immediately to resolve things. They were very pleasant to deal with and checked in to make sure all was ok and whether we needed anything. I can’t recommend this condo enough.

Five night stay - Needs work. Beware.
This VBRO needs work done,. It not worth the price. There are many things that are broken, not working and unkept. These items have been listed in other reviews as broken. The good. The unit is located in a great central location You can walk or take public transportation anywhere. The check in was easy. The unit is large. The not so good. There are many homeless people in the area. The layout of the unit is odd. You need to leave the main bedroom and walk down the hall to the main bath. The second bath is right next to the main bath. The queen bed is in the main living area. The HVAC does not work correctly. The microwave and the main sprayer in the shower were not working. There were dust balls and hair on the floor in the bathroom and dirty towels hanging behind the door. There was very little hand & dish soap. The bottles were empty. There was a dirty sponge left at the kitchen sink. There were nail holes in most walls and plaster missing or damaged in places. There were window treatment rods stacked up in the corner of the main room Several of the windows did not close tightly and would not lock. The toilet paper holder in the main bath was broken off the wall and the one in the second bath was falling off the wall. Beware. The kitchen island had a small cheap vase in the middle of it. We accidentally broke it. We immediately notified VBRO & the owners. We offered to go out & buy a new one. After our stay the owners wanted us to pay $25 plus tax for a $3 vase.

Convenient Condo Right in Heart of the City
Condo sized perfectly for a family right in Boston with easy T access to all tourist locations throughout the city. We stayed in March 2024, and the issues in earlier comments highlighting heating issues or lack of soap had all been resolved and were not an issue, at least on our stay. Hosts were very responsive. No concerns and would stay again on another trip to Boston.

Only good thing is the LOCATION!
PLEASE also read the reviews dated 10/13/23, 7/28/23 and 6/28/23. We travel frequently and usually stay in VRBO's. This is our first less-than-desirable review. Let me start with the positive. The location of the apartment can't be beat. It's literally in the middle of everything. Checking in was quick and easy. Now for the cons. We slept two nights fully clothed due to the heater not working. It was 58 degrees in the apartment. Portable heaters were claimed to be delivered, but they never were. They claimed they were delivered to the wrong address and wanted us to walk several blocks to go find them after 10 pm at night. Oven doesn't work properly. It won't go up to 400 degrees to heat up a pizza and it takes over 1 1/2 hours to reach 350 degrees. The microwave door does not work. The desk in the main bedroom was broken and the chair to the same desk was torn on the seat. The main sprayer in the shower does not work. No instructions for renters on trash disposal, welcome packages, etc. Only one soap bottle in one bathroom. No soap in the second bathroom. No full-length mirror. Nail holes in most walls. Towel and toilet paper holders falling off the walls. The "living room" was closed off by partitions so there was no "common sitting area or common TV." We did receive a refund of two nights for the two COLD nights without heat. The apartment needs serious maintenance. We spent way too much time messaging the host on maintenance issues that negatively impacted our stay.

Well located but lacking the details
We are frequent VRBO renters and we had a good stay at this condo but it lacked the details and extras that make a 5 star stay. As described, location is perfect for accessing all of Boston. We were within walking distance of many things and were able to ride the T for those things that were further away. Overall the condo was comfortable and clean. Attention is needed for little things. Extra towels, bath mats and wash cloths would have appreciated as well as Kleenex and ample hand soap. Several light bulbs need to be replaced throughout the space. The kitchen was spacious with a nice big island but most of the cupboards were empty. We normally prepare some meals but the kitchen was not stocked well enough for any actual cooking. Our stay was short so it wasn’t a big problem but should be noted for others that may have longer stays planned. Little upgrades and attention to details would make this a truly awesome property

Family Vacation in Boston
What an amazing place! This property was located right in the heart of Boston, next to the Boston Commons. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance and the subway as at the end of our block The condo was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. I recommend this place to any group trying to get away to Boston for a few days or even a longer stay.

Disappointed with Some Key Amenities
We recently stayed at this rental in Boston with a fantastic location and a good building. While the overall experience was pleasant, there were a few significant drawbacks that detracted from our stay. Firstly, the main room was disappointingly dark due to two out of three broken blinds. It was quite inconvenient as we had limited control over the natural light. This issue definitely needs to be addressed to improve the overall comfort of the space. Moreover, the kitchen was poorly equipped. We expected to have basic amenities readily available, but unfortunately, this was not the case. The broken microwave was a notable disappointment, as we were unable to rely on it for quick meals. The absence of a toaster was very inconvenient (They did deliver a new toaster). Additionally, lack of paper towels was an inconvenience, we did eventually find them in a random unlabeled cabinet The dirty sponge and limited/broken utensils further added to the frustration. Provide coffee, get a Keurig, its cheap. The bathroom was another area of concern. The main shower head did not work properly, which made it difficult to enjoy a relaxing or even warm shower. Disappointing to encounter this issue as cleanliness and functionality are essential for a comfortable stay. Furthermore, towel hooks in the bathroom were falling out of the walls. On top of that there is no full length mirror in the rental. Location was great but these issues negatively impacted our overall experience.

Clean and conveniently located, this loft was the perfect place to stay for those wanting ready access to the Freedom trail, Boston Commons, and Quincy/Feneuil marketplace. Also very close to Roche market for groceries/supplies. Our family had a great time, thank you.

Property had a great location. It is in a shopping center and near the subway. We enjoyed the space, but it definitely needs some maintenance. The toilet paper holders are coming off the walls. The hand soap had been filled with water. We arrived to a towel rack in the middle of the bathroom floor. I assume it had fallen off the wall. One shower did not work properly.

Great location!
Located in the heart of Boston. Restaurants and shops just buildings away. The “T” station (underground train) across the street. Very quiet for sleeping. Perfect place for us to stay while visiting our son who attends Suffolk University. Easy access to Boston Commons and the frog pond ice rink and playground for our 4-year old, and great jumping off point for us to get to North End for a delicious Italian dinner. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again.

Great space
The location was central to everything we needed to do. Located in a safe location; Trains were a quick walk around us. The property was was VERY spacious, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the entire space was clean. I would stay here again!
