“Fabulous stay. I checked in online the evening before as the property does not have a recpetion. We got there about 3pm and the PIN we were sent was wrong. Luckily a man was there who helped by phoning for us. We were not informed of which room we had or how to access the key. Once again the man (sorry we do not know who he was) helped us - thank goodness. The hotel was beautiful. The location was very centeral but quiet. “Lovely little guest house with the restaurant below it. The person at the checkout was welcoming and friendly, he brought my luggage up for me to my room which is really helpful because there's no lift, only stairs. Food was delicious (Asian-approved spiciness) and staff was nice. On the Sat evening when I was there , there had been a live band playing outside the restaurant area, they had a stage for live performances. Lovely atmosphere with good food and music. “Paul met us on arrival. Explained everything clearly. Very helpful and friendly. Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly.”
