“The property is undoubtedly small. It was very clean and comfortable - a perfect base for exploring this wonderful area. Plenty of grocery stores and pubs/restaurants in surrounding area. “Had a great long weekend at the property. Had loads of stuff there to use the kitchen to its full potential. Was lovely and warm and everyone had plenty of space in the accommodation. “We loved our stay at the lodge. It was very well equipped and the location is beautiful. The hosts were super helpful with their communications. The lodge itself is a little tired looking but this didn't bother us. It was clean & tidy though. The location is very calm & peaceful but no amenities within easy walking distance. “Spent a week there with family and dogs. Very clean and everything you could need The views are beautiful. One thing to note, if you take a dog make sure you have long leads and a torch, as nowhere enclosed to let them off before bed or first thing. Both bathrooms are en-suite as well as opening to the corridor which was a peek we didn’t expect. The perfect place for a relaxing family trip and highly recommend. ”
