Bienvenido a Fare Manuia, nuestra hermosa casa de Bora Bora. El bungalow es parte del lugar idílico originalmente construido para Marlon Brando y donde su buen compañero Jack Nicholson era dueño de su bungalow privado sobre el agua. Los lugareños conocen mejor este lugar como "Los condominios". FARE MANUIA es un encantador bungalow privado diseñado con un toque de la cultura tradicional polinesia. Las paredes de madera y el techo original le dan un toque de frescura y los grandes ventanales permiten que la impresionante luz solar de Bora Bora ingrese. Es un lugar fantástico para alojarse para cuatro personas que desean disfrutar de la isla paradisíaca que es Bora Bora ... El amplio y cómodo dormitorio principal brinda acceso privado a la refrescante terraza a través de puertas correderas. ¡Los techos altos con vigas a la vista hacen que el espacio sea aireado! Para esas noches encantadoras de Bora Bora, FARE MANUIA está equipado con un ventilador de techo y aire acondicionado, las ventanas han sido protegidas contra mosquitos con mosquiteros, WIFI GRATUITO, ducha en suite, cocina totalmente equipada, cafetera, tostadora, microondas, estufa de cuatro quemadores, refrigerador, y ofrecemos a todos nuestros huéspedes café y té gratis. En caso de cortes de energía que no son comunes en Bora Bora, puede usar las linternas provistas para buscar su camino. Bora Bora Bliss
Coco’s Place was the perfect fit for my husband and I. From Barthelemy picking us up at the dock and driving us to the house, to Nathelie giving us the full tour of the house, to the location, we were very pleased. We LOVED the privacy, the use of the car, and the location directly across the street from the sea where we swam all 8 days that we stayed. The shower had excellent water pressure, and having the washer and dryer was so appreciated! The only thing that we would suggest is purchasing a new stove, as the current one, even after directions from our host, was not working properly, and the other “oven” on property was too small to cook in. Also, so additional towels for the bathroom would be nice. Note to those with physical limitations,(which we do not have) the access to the home is up stairs, both from the road side, and the second steps are up to the front door, and for those with limited mobility, caution should be used. The communication with the owner, Adrian, was first rate! He was so responsive and just lovely to work with. We would most definitely love to stay again.

We loved our stay here!
Coco's Place was an excellent choice for phase 2 of our Bora Bora vacation. (Phase 1 was one of the resorts.) It was conveniently located, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves, cook, snorkel, and have a great time! Having the use of a car along with our stay was the next level of convenience and utility! There can be some noise from traffic on the main road and occasionally roosters, but this is something that did not bother us because we tended to have an oscillating fan going at night while sleeping, which would drown out the other noises. The view was incredible, and we had so much fun snorkeling nearby and kayaking. Great communication from the hosts, as well as pick up and drop off from the resort and to the airport, which we very much appreciated. Nathalie was so helpful with a tour, and welcoming to the place, as well as explaining everything that needed to be. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering a visit!

50th Anniversary
The property was very nice, could use some upgrades, but overall, for the price was very nice, was very clean also. Having a car was very helpful, we made many trips to restaurant's etc. Nathalie was very nice, and helpfull. Would definitly recommend it. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Experience the real Bora Bora
Before spending a few nights at the St. Regis my wife and I spent three nights at this property on Bora Bora. What a treat! For those wanting to experience Bora Bora's lagoon without breaking the bank (and especially for a family or those travelling with friends) this is a perfect option. First, their is everything you need: comfy beds, big bathroom, a full kitchen, plenty of seating, and, yes, even a free car for your use! (and let's toss in a Western facing view for sunsets). The latter allowed us to drive down to the beach (scenic 20 minute drive) and also head into town for dinner and buying groceries. Also good to know if that if you book some restaurants or a tour of the lagoon you usually get a ride to and from the house. Highly recommended for either an entire stay or, as we did, to spend more time in Bora Bora without paying for a super pricey resort!

Great views of the lagoon. Cozy living area. Great hosts. Loved having the house to ourselves. It’s on the ring road which is super convenient but can also be noisy. Would appreciate more towels as clothes dryer is not very efficient. Overall very much recommend.

I can't say enough compliments for our stay at Coco's Place. The accommodations were clean and organized. The location was great-just minutes from Vaitape; making shopping and excursions easily accessible. The condominium had everything you need to cook a nice meal. We loved waking up every morning and having our coffee with a beautiful view of the water right off the living room/kitchen. The car was an added bonus to our stay. Our host was amazing and was very kind with prompt replies to our requests. His managers Natalie & Barthalemey were very friendly and helpful. Cutest couple ever. I would recommend this place to everyone and look forward to staying here again in the future.

This is a great place to stay where you can easily get to town and around. The owner is very responsive and answered my many questions quickly. We really felt staying in this condo gave us a real chance to experience the island and its people while not breaking the bank. Have the car rental was great to get us around and go when we wanted. So happy we stayed here. There was a slight mechanical issue and it was handled promptly. Pascaline couldn’t have been more accommodating

Everything about our experience at Coco’s bungalow was the best we have had in our fifteen years of international travel. We had already stayed one week before this week booked on a different platform, and we loved it so much that we stayed for another week booking here with Expedia. Our time started with a wonderful welcome from Adrian, the owner, who helped us check in early because of transportation problems. We were allowed to meet his wonderful housekeeper, who stopped her cleaning to show us the bungalow and make copies of our drivers’ licenses so we could take the car and do some sightseeing and grocery shopping. She also helped us bring our baggage upstairs and let us leave it there. We were so grateful! The car was perfect! Well cleaned, and very new! We never had one problem with their car, and paying the extra amount for our stay was a bargain considering how much rental cars were on Bora Bora! When we walked in to the bungalow we noticed beer, water, and a botttle of wine left for our stay, fresh flowers everywhere, and everything was just perfect! Everything we needed for our two weeks stay! The decor drew us in, and made us feel at home! Communication with Adrian was wonderful! He answered every question we had, and he also offered suggestions with different aspects of our stay. We felt at home! Netflix for English speakers! WiFi perfect and fast! We will be back, and only plan to stay here! It’s the very best! ❤️

I can't begin to say enough about this property! We were met at the ferry by Tituau and driven to the most comfortable, decorated to perfection, well supplied home with a spectacular view. The kitchen had all you needed to prepare a large meal, pots and pans, dishes, silverware to entertain 8+ not to mention the wide assortment of spices. The living area was a wall of glass that provided expansive views, as well as the deck....which is an extension of the indoor living space. The bedrooms are ample size and very comfortable, many outlets for whatever items you might have. The bathroom well stocked, large and the shower was wonderful, having a washer and dryer was an added convenience. I can't begin to recommend this home enough for a no worries, phenomenal place to stay, very comfortable neighborhood with an at home feeling. Outstanding air conditioning in the kitchen, living area and both bedrooms when needed. Adrian was so courteous, incredibly quick responses, relaxed, accommodating, and easy to deal with, made our 10 day stay a breeze. We will certainly be back without hesitation! It was was truly a dream vacation that I was sad I had to wake up from
