Where's the shared dock? Oh, it's across the road down a steep embankment through the woods. Where's the ocean view? It's certainly not ocean front. If you want privacy, you won't like the door that goes from the garage directly into the bathroom that can only be locked from the garage side. Also, one of the blinds on the 1st floor to the bedroom (that is the main entrance) is bent so badly, there's a huge gap that anyone could peep in on you through. If you want to watch the "cable" that's included, good luck because there's no such thing. Also, the internet information we were given initially was wrong and we had no wifi. Eventually, on the second day, Kevin (the maintenance manager?) dropped off a roku that we had to set up and use our own accounts with. Kevin was a nice enough guy, but did I really feel like starting out my vacation with numerous phone calls to sort this stupid stuff out? No. Certainly not. If you like to see yourself in the mirror in the bathroom, bring your own light bulbs, as 2 of the 3 vanity lights are blown. Also, there was dirt everywhere and huge ants. Even one of the kitchen chairs was covered in dirt as if someone stood on it with shoes on. There's a balcony off the upstairs bedroom (which is also dark as there is no ceiling light fixture, or even a lamp, my kids had to take one from the living room) but if you plan to sleep with the door open and enjoy the cool evening air since there's no a/c think again. There's no screen door so you would be inviting in every insect in. There are 3 windows in that room as well, but 2 don't have screens and the one that does has nails in it preventing it from opening more than 3 inches. There was no dumpster so the one trash can we had was overflowing with no where to put the full bags. Don't expect to do much in the kitchen because the supplies are very limited. All in all, it was a place to sleep and had running water. It was definitely not what was advertised.
