We had some problems getting in with the electronic lock as the instructions weren't as clear as they could have been. My husband, the techie, figured it out. Vacasa was responsive when we had problems with the ice maker and sent someone right over but I wasn't used to the rather skimpy stocking that Vacasa provides in terms of dishwasher pods and garbage bags, etc. The kitchen had a weird frying pan and very few utensils for cooking on the nonstick equipment, in fact very few cooking utensils at all. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and knives, however. The huge refrigerator was a plus. The unit was very clean. The location was very good and I could walk into town and my husband could kayak from the park. He also found a good bike route from the house. The view is lovely from the front and it's quiet on that street. With the one small bathroom, this is really a house for just two people.
