The outlet in the kitchen was dead, no coffee moved the coffee to a different room after blowing a fuse. all lights went out, there was no one to call, I used the 800 number on the pamphlet and got a Cheery woman who said we are closed now leave a message, I Did and am still waiting for a response.”

“The property was great and clean, super comfortable bed. The host was very responsive to our questions and ensured that we were able to access the property without issue. The only caution is all the extra fees on top of the rental rate. Be prepared for a "cleaning fee" as well as a mandatory "damages fee" that is to be refunded but required to be paid up front.”

“We really enjoyed staying in this home. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and the response time was quick. We had absolutely no issues. Unfortunately, we were in the area for a funeral, but it was nice to have a place to relax and plenty of space for my 2 year old grandson to move about. I will definitely return again to stay here to visit family on a more delightful note.”

“I did not realize the property was a former mansion. The apartment feels like a house. Each room is so lovely with bright natural light. The beds were so comfy and perfectly made with lots of blankets and pillows. Esther communicated perfectly with us and added sweet touches like a nespresso with coffee, tooth brushes and paste, plenty of towels, shampoo and soaps, and some spices and cooking utensils as needed. A large family could stay here no problem and still have lots of personal space. No...
