“This was an interesting experience. I booked a stay here or at least I thought I did for 6 nights. I received confirmation from Hotels.com and thought nothing else of it until I arrived and found out I had no room. In a panic I contacted Conestoga via Hotels.com. Nick from the property contacted me quickly and explained they never confirmed the reservation from Hotels.com but he worked with me to get a room for 3 nights. “This was a charming house that is well over 100 years old. The neighborhood is an old mill town near a railroad and a river. The house was perfect for our large family and we didn't feel cramped at all. The owners were incredibly communicative and helpful, willing to go above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. There is no central air conditioning, but there were window units in every room that kept it cool and comfortable.”
