“Warning other travellers about this hotel - unless you absolutely have no other place to stay in Mumbai, avoid booking you stay at Hotel Al-Madina. It is situated in the filthiest part of the city, very narrow lane where taxis can't go, no elevator access to L1 (Reception), cockroaches and lizards in the room + toilets, extremely rude owner. I booked this hotel for 2 nights and had to leave within 2 hours of check-in. The hotel charged me for AC even though the rooms are listed as AC rooms.”
