Un bonito y confortable apartamento con todas las comodidades en el corazón de Bolonia. A tiro de piedra de Due Torri y Piazza Maggiore. Cerca hay paradas de autobús, pequeños supermercados, restaurantes, bares y pubs.
Se puede llegar fácilmente a la estación de tren Bologna Centrale en pocos minutos, donde también puede tomar el autobús dedicado para llegar al aeropuerto y a la feria.
Perfecto para quienes desean visitar el centro de la ciudad, pero también para viajeros de negocios.

El apartamento goza de una ubicación excepcional dada su extrema proximidad a las Dos Torres. Se puede llegar fácil y rápidamente a cada una de las principales atracciones de Bolonia a pie o posiblemente con viajes cortos en autobús, según el lugar al que desee ir ... como el Santuario de la Santísima Virgen de San Luca o las puertas que rodean el centro histórico que alguna vez estaban conectados por paredes.
En la zona hay numerosos restaurantes típicos de la tradición boloñesa / Emilian-Romagnola donde se pueden degustar todos los famosos alimentos y vinos del mundo. A pocos pasos se encuentran las famosas tiendas Quadrilatero, donde podrá saborear y comprar exquisiteces de todo tipo, además de poder disfrutar de excelentes aperitivos y cenas.

A Lovely Stay in Bologna
The apartment was in a great location. It was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Federico could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We were very late arriving due to train cancellations and not only was it not a problem, Federico kindly assisted us with other train recommendations. He met us five hours late with the keys and a smile.

Idéal pour un séjour à Bologne
Cet appartement réunit tous les atouts pour un séjour réussi à Bologne : très bien situé, à deux pas des deux tours, emblèmes de la ville, et donc à proximité de la place principale, de ses monuments et des rues très commerçantes. Deux supérettes très proches. L'appartement est au premier étage (ascenseur) d'un immeuble ancien entièrement rénové; il est très propre, très confortable, très silencieux; il y a une très belle salle de bain, un très grand dressing et une cuisine bien équipée. Les bailleurs sont très accueillants et serviables.

A great city; A great apartment!
Federico and his mother were amazing hosts. They went out of their way to accomodate us and provided lots of little extras. They were very welcoming. The apartment was updated, attractive, and extremely clean! The location was perfect. We were right in the middle of everything in one of the most dynamic cities in all of Italy.

Wonderful, immaculate apartment near the sights in Bologna!
We had a great stay although it was short in Bologna. We wished we stayed a bit longer. We were welcomed and given recommendations to eat, places to go, and even ordered a taxi to train station the day we had to leave. Frederico made us feel very comfortable and the apartment was the best one for our entire stay in Italy. Modern, clean and spacious for my husband and I. Anyone staying in Bologna should stay here, walking distance to all the sights. We definitely would stay here again when we return to Bologna.

Highly recommend this VRBO
My wife and I really enjoyed our 1 week stay at "La Torre Lunga" apartment. The location near the Two Towers of Bologna is excellent - very close to grocery stores, bakeries, many restaurants and the Piazza Maggiore. Communication with our host Federico was outstanding - he met us at the apartment and provided a detailed orientation to the VRBO. He always promptly replied to our questions during our stay. He booked a taxi for us to the airport on our departure. We enjoyed the apartment - it was very clean, quiet and modern. It had excellent air conditioning, a comfortable queen-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, a good sized bathroom with a walk-in shower (lots of hot water and excellent water pressure), and an elevator that was very helpful for our luggage on arrival and at departure. There was a great LG washing machine - the best one we have used during our many prior VRBO stays in Europe. Although we only ate breakfasts at the apartment, there was a 4-burner stove, a microwave, and a good, smaller-sized refrigerator. We definitely recommend this VRBO for a pleasant stay in Bologna.

Delightful Apartment in a Great Location
This one bedroom apartment is modern, clean, well appointed, quiet, and comfortable. It is in the middle of everything you want to do in the center of Bologna. Within easy walking distance to countless shops, restaurants, bars, tourist sites, and bus lines. Very safe area. Maria and Federico are delightful hosts. They are very friendly and provide extensive information and very responsive communicators. The building has an elevator for those who have trouble managing stairs. Everything has been recently renovated and is in imperfect working order. Great AC. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay! Close to everything.
Frederico and Marie were great hosts. Very helpful with lots of good suggestions for dining and getting around town. The apartment is like brand new and is furnished with everything you need for a great stay. We felt very at home with all the personal touches. Excellent dining, gelato, and cocktails within a 5 minute walk. Even though the apartment is in a busy area it's located on a small quiet street so no problem getting a good nights rest. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Bologna.

Perfect place for a stay in Bologna
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment, which was in the perfect location to explore the great city of Bologna. Great apartment in central Bologna
Modernised apartment in excellent location 4 minutes walk to Piazza Maggiore, couldn’t have been better. Very comfortable bed. Although we had no meals kitchen area had everything you need. Close to restaurants and bars and coffee / cake cafes. Federico, host’s son, communicated via WhatsApp and promptly replied. Excellent property and host - Thank you.

Perfect neighborhood with great host
My husband and I stayed 5 days at this apartment. It’s located on a quiet street just steps away from the busy tourist center of Bologna. It couldn’t be more convenient. The apartment is modern, spotless, comfortable and well equipped, including a washing machine which came in very handy after a week of traveling. The owners were extraordinarily helpful, even helping us secure a cab on our last day , which was a Sunday, when the center of town is closed to traffic. I think its a perfect place to stay as a tourist in Bologna.

Just stay here--it's perfect
The apartment is newly renovated with great quality and understated design. It's a blend of modern design with personal, classic touches. Trust us, the pictures don't give an idea how pretty the place is. There is a lot of storage for belongings. The location is excellent-- just 10 minutes' walk from Piazza Maggiore. There are many pasticceria in the area to get your breakfast and bring back to enjoy with the coffee provided. However the kind support from Federico made this a truly quality stay! He made a restaurant reservation, dealt with a difficult taxi situation and spent time with us at the beginning showing where everything was in the apartment and explaining the city. We have never had such a competent host who went above and beyond. He has created an extensive binder of resources and high quality guidebooks are available.

Amazing location and value in the heart of Bologna
It was a great experience. The apartment was newly remodeled, clean, and had some great amenities. The location was perfect, right by Due Torre/Piazza Maggiore in the center of Bologna. Maria and Federico were beyond helpful, professional, and straightforward. Beautiful flat!
The owners were wonderful and gave us all the information we needed. Federico responded quickly and positively to our requests. We were right in the middle of things, which at times was noisy, but as soon as we closed the windows, it was a peaceful, quiet retreat. It had everything we could have wanted and was exceptionally clean and modern in an historic building!

Highly recommended 5 stars
Federico and his mother have created a home away from home in the very center of Bologna. Their attention to every detail was so appreciated, and they take COVID cleaning protocols seriously. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots/pans etc. The bed and bath linens were all first class. The apartment is so clean I thought it had never been rented, but was assured it is almost always fully booked. I can see why. But what really stood out was Federico's willingness to help. He responded quickly to all inquiries prior to our stay. Not only did he meet us at the apartment to welcome, he booked a COVID test for me and accompanied me to the pharmacy. He booked a taxi for my middle of the night trip to the airport and then followed up to make sure all was right. Owning my own business, I know and can appreciate quality customer service and Federico delivered on all counts. When I come back to Bologna, I know where I will be staying.
