Excellent, clean, unique place to stay!
I cannot express how much I love this cute, and inviting home! My girls (13,11,9,7) were thrilled with the unique and fun touches. We felt very welcomed, immediately. Extremely impressed with the cleanliness! Communication with the owner was so easy and they were so kind. The outdoor area is clean and inviting, some cute little added touches make it feel like home away from home. We will definitely be back’ as well as sharing this unique little spot with others.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed
The home is cozy, very private, and modern. The furniture is comfortable and stylish. Televisions with tv service throughout. The backyard and hot tub is very private with a tv in front of the hot tub. The garage is decked out and where I spent most of my down time. The appliances are all new and modern. There are QR codes for how things works as well. Devin is very communicative and accommodating. I travel for work and stay in homes every 2-3 weeks and this is easily in the top 3 places I’ve ever stayed and it’s also affordable.

Wow! Definitely exceeded our expectations. Easy check-in & checkout. The host was attentive to our questions. The Dr. Seuss books were a nice touch as we had our granddaughter with us. We enjoyed the secret entrance to the renovated area complete with vending machines & a ping pong table. We enjoyed the patio while bbqing & relaxed in the jacuzzi. Great fun for everyone.

Everything about this property was perfect! Kitchen atocked well, beds comfortable, has 2 nicely done bedrooms with an additional game room equipped with another bed...and flat screen TV and vending machine and decorated so nice! Great place to stay!
this house was so great! it was so pretty and clean, very well taken care of and you can tell there’s been a lot of attention put into it! the kitchen had all we needed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were so neat and had plenty of room! the bonus room was so cool, very clean and modern! the hottub with an outdoor tv was very cool! all together this house was amazing! definitely staying here if we come back to boise again!

Great Little House
We enjoyed our stay at the great home in Garden City. Doesn't take long to get to downtown and has stores close by as well. Everything was clean and tidy from the inside to the great hot tub outside.

Perfect relaxation staycation
We loved this property. We watched a movie in the hot tub, cooked yummy dinners in the grill and inside. The kitchen had a bunch of seasonings which was super helpful. The beds were cozy. We loved the whole vibe. Very clean and it felt private. Loved the vending machine and thought the garage area was super awesome. The little and big touches everywhere made all the doffeeence. I could have lived on that patio. Make sure you check out Karie Anne’s food truck up the street (walking distance) for amazing homemade custard and Italian ice as well. 10/10.

The garage was just turned into a living space and we loved it!!! It was our hangout spot if we weren’t in the backyard! Hot tub was the perfect summer temp! The property management was easy to get ahold of and very kind! I was most definitely stay here again!

Super Cute and Comfortable! Great decor and added personal touches. I frequent a lot of Vacation rentals and usually have to purchase something that the home lacks..but NOT this home..great attention to details. Loved the hot tub with TV, vending machine and location was convenient. Also great communication with homeowner. Couldn’t have been better!

Great place! Could use a couple updates the bedroom without TV had big dip in middle needs new mattress and oven does not heat up fast took about 1 hour to get to 425 and doubled cooking time after. Not property fault but watch out for using shavers someone used and put back used

A cleaning company would help a lot
If it were cleaner we would have given this a 4-5 star review. We noticed right away that this is more of a bachelor pad instead of a family friendly location. It looked clean enough from the photos and the reviews were all good but we were super disappointed with how dirty the home was. There were no hand towels, only washcloths which was odd. And there were no paper towels so we had to buy our own. Very limited dishes if you plan on cooking there. Having a cleaning company come in on a regular basis would significantly help with this home and probably help with future, or repeat, bookings. Just keeping up on supplies would also help too. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again the next time we come to Boise. We have multiple kids so we aren’t expecting immaculate, but this was dirty. We had some issues with the internet which was a little frustrating as my husband needed to do some work and had to go over to McDonalds to get things done. The owner of the home was prompt enough, he text us on the day of check in and when I let him know about the internet issue he got back to me right away. He said I’d need to contact the internet company to troubleshoot and gave me all of the necessary info but I never did end up calling, it wasn’t worth the hassle to me with our stay only being 3 days. Location was good, it’s on the corner of a busyish road but the backyard is fully fenced and secluded. The location was great for getting to and from different places in Boise and Meridian. Within 10-20 min of everywhere we wanted to go.

Nice place but everything that could go wrong, went wrong. Not a very easy going stay.
Did not end up being a very relaxing stay. Showed up with no functioning air conditioning and then there was a water leak under the house. Oven door was broken and placed back in pieces instead of fixing the problem. The house was so miserably hot and humid, I slept outside on the couch.

This place is great! We had a rainy day and were able to enjoy the large TV, ping-pong table, and spacious table for games. Later evenings were spent enjoying the grill and watching TV from the hot tub! Thank you!
