“Everything was as advertised. The cottage was very clean and just a few blocks from main street. The owners were very friendly and gave us some great suggestions about where to eat, wineries they like etc. It was the perfect place for our long weekend.”

“The property was exactly as pictured, VERY nice, well appointed. Location was great for us - we were spending most of our time in Boerne. Loved the area - deer all around- super quiet. Check-in was clearly explained- everything went very smoothly with our comings and goings.Glad I chose to make reservations here!”

“Great location if you want to be close to shopping and not have to drive anywhere. A little noisy in the early morning hours but very quiet at night. The amenities are nice, I.e. hot tub, shower however the bathroom only has one functional hook and not much counter space. We appreciated the Keurig but fridge is small and has no freezer for ice storage. Overall a good time. ”

“The Peahen House is a beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. Having real peacocks in the neighborhood was pretty cool. We had easy access to several major highways that made it easy to get around San Antonio. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the Peahen House.”

“I rented this apartment for a mom’s night away to rest and recharge. The apartment is separate from the main house, but attached to the garage. While I was there the garage was not being used so it was private. It’s worth noting that the apartment is in close proximity to the main house, but you would never know anyone was there other than the cars outside of their home. It was perfect for relaxing and enjoying everyone's company. The property and grounds managers know the true meaning of Texas hospitality. ”
