The pool was out of order the entire 5 days of my stay. I was never informed. I found out when I actually walked to the pool in the morning and the gate was locked with a sign that read out of order dangerous, stay out. There was water molds in the ceiling of the room and I caught a nasty respiratory infection.

At the lobby OMG smells humidity, awful, I spend 4 nights never ever I see a housekeeper, I never get new towels, no one clean the room. The hallway was dusty, there leaves 🍂 everywhere at the floors, the bathroom was moldy, the rooms even smell good. We all get sick after stay there. And the other thin was they closed the door with a note they was fully bucked, and never let us know how we can enter, I call no one answer their phone, my nephew see a side door for the pool are we can enter. I went to the front desk to ask for towels, no one was there and never answered. Is a shame the place is not bad, looks a great place. Looks like they was under construction, But they can get that place more clean. First and last.

Breakfast was good. Attendant was friendly, smiled and was service oriented. Coffee was hot and strong. Our room was fairly clean. Alex at front desk was quite helpful. The vibe was tropical and we liked that. There was way more in the negative. We learned when we checked in the pool was not in operation. Additionally, the hot tub was not in operation. Those are two amenities that We definitely wanted. The carpet in common areas and halls was filthy. And I was in need of vacuuming.The halls had no air-conditioning. The gym was hot, had no fan, no air conditioning controls. And I got locked in Because the door would not open to exit. There were no towels, paper towels, or cleaning solution to clean the machines. The entrance door we were told to go in after parking was out of order. We stayed in room number 415. There was no elevator. We had to take the stairs.

Do not stay there! Here is a list of problems we had in our 4 night stay: 1) Check In says 3pm. We got there at 11am and requested early checkin. They couldn’t check us in til 430pm and there were 3 people in front of us to checkin and it literally took each party 15 minutes to checkin so we stood there for 45 minutes. I said u need to hire more checkin staff. 2) TV not working during beginning of Super Bowl. We called the front desk and they said it was a cable issue and they would get back to us in 10 min. After 20 min of no response we went to front desk and demanded someone fix our tv. Mgr said it was a remote control issue so he gave us new remote. We went back to room and it still didnt work. Mgr came up to room and realized tv was not working so he found another tv in the building and replaced ours but it was much smaller. We missed all of fist half of Super Bowl and halftime show. 3)the security door lock gate didn’t work with the key so we had to walk a far way sound to get to our room 4)the breakfast hrs are only 630-830 with is not slot of time frame and the selection was very limited 5)they told us if I request cleaning before 9am then you can get your room cleaned otherwise they just do it every 3 days. We requested cleaning before 9am on our second day but no one came. When event yo front desk to ask why the mgr said they only have 3 cleaning ladies do didn’t have time to get to our room. I said u need to hire more cleaning staff. 6) Pool not functioning.

The pool was closed and some rooms were a construction site. A fire alarm beeped in the breakfast room for 3 days. The beach is easy to reach from the hotel. Shopping and eating are not a problem. It's all nearby

A unica coisa que salvou foi o conforto da cama. O quarto tinha um horrivel cheiro de cigarro mesmo sendo qualificado como no-smoke. Vimos barata gigante no corredor e achei duas pequenos em nosso quarto. O carpete antigo e mofado sao lamentáveis, e para finalizar o ralo do banheiro estava entupido o que deixou a banheira impraticável. Em resumo nao recomendo nem para passar uma noite. O cafe não provamos por isso nao consigo analisar.

Property is being renovated. Would have rated much higher except for: disturbing paint smell in room and difficulty checking ins at (PM after having stopped by and confirming reservation at 1PM in afternoon. Originally told yes had reservation but there were no rooms available. Eventually was able to get a room, Still very disturbing.

The property (as of 2/5/24) was undergoing a major upgrade. Rooms being renovated. Pool pavers being replaced so pool off limits. Lots of other things that don’t work. But the room was clean, and the bed comfortable, so all in all, fine for what I needed - a place to sleep.

Property is worth staying however it should be listed on Expedia as undergoing renovation which caused for some inconvenience. The staff was great.

My room was nice. It faced a serene and lovely garden. The check in was easy and pleasant. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. A few things, though.. it butts to a very busy street so it's not quiet and peaceful. Also, there was no water heater. The water was cold. Lastly, the hallways were pretty filthy. Those carpets haven't been vacuumed in a while. Other than that, I'd start here again.

The room was clean and the bed’s extremely comfortable. The property itself seems like it was getting worked on but we were there to visit FAU so it was perfect for our visit. I would add that housekeeping never came and we went to the lobby for towels and they did not have enough to give us. Also, the shower was nowhere near hot. It was luke warm at best.

The in front desk staff is horrible. I will not stay there anymore. Very bad and the room was dirty. The curtain has lile blood on it. The room was smelling. It was very nasty to stay there. The cleaning lady oponed my door before 11 am.
