“I liked everything except the pet fee was not publicized until we checked in. It was very high at $75 for the 12 hours we stayed. Ridiculous. Because it was NOT publicized when reserved, the pet fee should have been waived. ”

“The thing I liked the most was the customer service; It was excellent, they were attentive and have varieties for breakfast. Constructive advice: remodel the curtains in the room and the bathtubs. But it is well clean and cared for. And helpful employees. Thank you!”

No entiendo porque no nos avisaron con tiempo para cambiar de planes. Lo mas triste es que ni siquiera les importó un comino. Ahi tuvimos que empezar a buscar un hotel para quedarnos, cero interés en tratar de ayudar o al menos hacer alguna recomendación de donde podríamos ir. Nos sentimos perdidos y asustados.
