“This property was just right for our stay. It was relatively clean and spacious. It is right in the heart of downtown and so the location was bang on!To get to the apartment there are steps, if yo have limited mobility it might be an issue for you. Otherwise if you are looking for an apartment for a good budget, I would definitely recommend This. Also Carlton is very goos at getting back to your queries.”

“We stayed first with just the two of us the brought out son. The property was right next to the Pork Pit were they were serving delicious food. Right across from the beach and Margaritaville was less than a 4 minute walk David was a gracious host and was available for any issues. It was great!”

“It was great, the hostess Ms. Deleta was very pleasant, professional. She did a great job showing us around, it was me and my daughter’s birthday, she decorated the entrance along with the bedrooms, she even had a bottle of wine for us. It was a pleasure staying there and we would do it again.”

“Its veranda is a nice quiet place to connect w nature at dawn or dusk Far more reasonable w its kitchenette than motels or resorts (which dont even have Marshan Villas working wireless internet!!)Tho the AC in my aptmt was only in bedroom making for comfortable rest.. in other rooms a nice cross breeze can be had w fans help by opening opposite windows Mark the owner was reachable and attentive... Got us a needed second bed Those wo cars be mindful that there isnt much in walking distance so...

“Very cool property and private pool was a great feature. Omar, the property manager, was very helpful. The villa was very clean, comfortable and made us feel at home with a great vibe. Dwain, our driver, took great care of us when we off property. Only thing I would upgrade would be the pans in kitchen and the grill outside. Would definitely return. ”
