The house was comfortable and had lots of room to hang out when we were not out checking out all the nearby attractions. “If you are looking for a secluded spot, this is the place. We enjoyed going for walks and kayaking around the island. The kitchen is spacious so we did a fair bit of cooking, although it’s a short drive into town to go out to dinner if that’s what you prefer. The only drawback is that the downstairs bedroom was a bit loud because of pumps turning on and off at night, but if you’re a sound sleeper that shouldn’t be a problem. ”

“You could not ask for a better host than Claire! She was so kind to us during our stay. The house was just as described and the perfect place for us to stay for our 30th anniversary trip to Nova Scotia. The views were amazing, the beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed the cozy fire.
