Family Vacation
The house was fine we were moved from our original house due to the owner putting it up for sale. I appreciated them finding me another property in a weeks time although it did not have all the amenities our first choice had, the pots and pans were dirty and missing handle's while we were there getting ready to go white water rafting a service guy showed up with no notice just walked in ( we were traveling with dogs ) when we came back we could not get showers or cook the water was rusty dirty for hours ( let the water run for hours) so you have to drive 8 miles to throw your trash away we had a total of 12 and they only give out 8 passes for the pool or the lake so spending time with the whole group was not happening it was very disappointing

YES! This place is pretty perfect!
We needed a large space to have family be able to spread out, but have a space to be together as well. This was the perfect vacation home for us. You need to bring some items like toilet paper, shampoo, laundry detergent, trash bags, so read the owner’s instructions to be prepared. The house is great for kids who can manage stairs, teens, and adults. The great long table provided us a place to have everyone at the table. The house has a great outdoor 2nd level porch area with trees bordering it which make it feel tranquil. We used every part of the house and feel it was a great value and a well- kept property. The mountain air, lake, neighborhood were really nice and made our trip special. We could have used more couch space in the large TV room. Pool room was fun, as well as the hot tub! Would definitely recommend and rent again.

relaxing get away
The pictures show you exactly what you are getting. On arrival, the place was smaller than I expected and the neighbors are very close (but they were only there for a few hours while we were so didn't affect us at all) Kitchen was well equipped with everything we looked for except measuring cups. a garlic press and sheet pans (but there were a bunch of roasting pans). Bottom floor: pool table, king bedroom, double bunk room. half bath with laundry (dryer took forever to dry and both were small but they got the job done). You have to walk through game room to get to king bedroom. 1st floor: kitchen/family room, queen bedroom, full bath 2nd floor: foosball/air hockey, 2 bedrooms, full bath. We had a great time! The outside spaces are awesome too -- you can be at the fire pit or the hot tub and still feel like you are all together... If you go, I can't suggest 7 tubs recreation area enough. Short drive from the house, easy hike and such great spots to hang out along the way...

Beautiful home, but they forget to provide the basics
Beautiful, spacious, well-appointed. Nice looking jacuzzi and fire pit in the back that we didn’t use. Great for the kids (foos ball, air hockey, Pac Man arcade game, a bunch of tvs, lots of bunk beds). Very surprised to stay in a property of this quality and not have the following basic items available when we arrive: paper towels, salt & pepper, kitchen trash bags, body wash/shampoo/soap for showering/bathing. We would stay here again, but hopefully they will remember to provide the basics that folks have reasonably come to expect when staying in a VRBO property such as this.

Great place in the Poconos
Loved this property. It was in a great community and close to the lake. The kids enjoyed the game room and additional game tables (foosball and air hockey) upstairs and we appreciated that there was a huge dining room table to feed our group of four moms and seven kids all together. Definitely reccomend!

Awesome house for vacation with a big family.
We were stayed for two nights at Starlight rental house.it’s a beautiful house with a nice location.our kids really enjoyed .only one thing I’m so disappointed that heating the hot tub took a lot of time.we waited all day.everything was great.Thank you

2024 Snow House
This was our 2nd stay in the Camelback area, after going to Deep Creek/Wisp in Western Maryland for many years. What we love about Camelback is that it’s not “just” skiing and snow tubing. Not everyone skis, and the water park at Camelback offers a whole lot of family fun!

Amazing Home!!! 🌲🍁🔥
My family and I stayed at starlight for a beautiful fall birthday weekend. It was clean, cozy and can comfortably fit a large group. It’s close to restaurants and outdoor fun, but being in the home really made our trip. We played pool, relaxed in the hot tub and congregated around the fire pit. The overall feel of the home was a perfect mixture of modern luxury with rustic vibes. I would definitely stay at starlight again!!

Weekend Getaway from Long Island
This house was perfect for our crew of 5 Moms and 7 teens. Upon check in, we found the house to be very clean, sheets in baggies on each bed and comfortable furnishings. As the lease states there were no towels, or paper products, soaps etc. supplied..but we were surprised that there were also no garbage bags supplied. We did a last minute instacart order after settling in got delivery by 11pm. Communication with the owner was very good as we did find a water leak coming from a locked closet - the concierge and plumber showed up within hours. The kids loved the downstairs area with the pool table and TV, easy access to backyard and we Moms loved the upstairs common area and wrap around deck. The location was central to our weekend plans (Lantern Festival at Pocono Raceway and ATV ride at Alvin's ATV). We loved the fire pit out back - make sure you get firewood at the gas station as needed (none supplied). There's also horseshoe games and cornhole provided. The kitchen was big and spacious, plenty of room for 3 moms to be working in at the same time. All appliances worked as needed and although we did bring an additional large frying pan, there seemed to be enough pots/pans supplied. One note: the smoke detectors are VERY SENSITIVE, which is a good thing...but before you cook bacon, open some windows and turn on the fans. When one detector goes off, they all do.. and they're loud - the ones downstairs actually say "FIRE". Great VRBO experience.

Family Time
Our stay at Starlight was wonderful. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. The location was convenient to all the attraction we went to. The community beach was very nice to hang out for the day. The only negative was the king size bedroom was on the ground floor with no full bath. My parents who are both 79 had to climb alot if stairs. I also suggest added more pot, pans & bowls to the kitchen to accommodate large families. Otherwise, great house and very clean. I would definitely rent again.
