Absolutely perfect cabin getaway!!

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful cabin in Blairsville, Georgia, nestled in the breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains. This was our second time staying here, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. The cabin is absolutely amazing — beautifully maintained, cozy, and equipped with all the comforts we could ask for.One of the best features is its seclusion and tranquility. Surrounded by scenic views and amazing falls, it truly offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The natural beauty nearby is just stunning, providing perfect opportunities for relaxing moments and memorable family experiences.The host is incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. This cabin has become a cherished family getaway, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a serene mountain escape.

If you enjoy the outdoors like we do, this is the spot! Plenty of space and it was what we would expect from a cabin in the mountains/woods. Very peaceful evenings grilling and listening to the wildlife. We loved the location, it’s very close to plenty of trails and waterfalls which we did a different trail everyday for 5 days and all within 30 mins from the cabin. We did drive to hemlock falls which was about an hr away. The best part was coming back to relax at the cabin. The kids enjoyed playing ping pong downstairs and there is plenty of room. It is about 30 mins from shopping which we were ok with but mainly because of driving mountain roads which we also enjoy doing. The hosts were great very good communication and responding to whatever we needed. Driving to the cabin was simple with Google maps. Driveway is steep but any vehicle can do it. It was the get away we needed!

Great Weekend Getaway

It’s a beautiful house and property. Lots of space to relax and the ping pong table in the basement was a big highlight for our group. We saw a couple black bears while we were staying there. Highly recommend!

Excellent Place to Relax!

Very nice cabin! Secluded and peaceful. Definitely a great spot to just chill out. Driveway is definitely steep, which is no problem with AWD or any decent SUV/truck. It lends to the seclusion of it. Only downside was bed comfort. Other than that highly recommended.

Peaceful

The pictures dont really give this cabin its justice. This cabin has lots of room for everyone. There are plenty of games and hiking trails as well as a front porch with patio lighting for nights. It is so peacful. We had the opportunity to see 3 bears on our stay. We had a blast!!!

Spring Break Mountain Cabin Trip

Perfect, quiet, comfortable cabin in the mountains. We enjoyed the spacious living and dining areas especially the fireplace. The porch is perfect for relaxing.

Helton Creek vacation

We enjoyed the cabin and loved the Christmas decorations. The cabin was comfortable and well stocked with everything needed to make a special family getaway trip. Great for kids. Spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

Amazing Thanksgiving

If I could give this property 10 stars I would. This cabin is the best built and safest we have ever stayed in. Very well insulated even when it was below freezing. There is a great hike right from the cabin to a waterfall. And if you are not up for the 2 mile hike you could just try to master walking up the driveway each day:) The cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas and fully stocked for nightly fires and our Thanksgiving feast. This gem is tucked away nicely for a very peaceful getaway. We look forward to booking again.

Amazing Experience at a Great Cabin!

Wife, myself and our 3 kids stayed 3 nights. The cabin was cozy and clean! The property owners were very kind and accommodating. Nothing but positives during our stay. The kids loved the ping pong table and fire pit. We loved the stay!

Family Reunion

Perfect spot in the mountains with a quiet neighborhood. This place is the perfect getaway 😍 we enjoyed Vogel State Park and the Helton Creek Falls is just a short distance from here. This cabin is a lovely, spacious yet cozy home. Well furnished-a great sleep in comfy beds! Best yet-down the road from Helton Falls, Sunrise Country Store (100yr old country store great produce and fun treasures. Part of the emerging Georgia wine country, you can enjoy simple vineyards nearby or drive 30 mins to Dahlenega for gourmet cuisine and stunning mountain view dining. A great find!

We wanted to get away for a few days, visit waterfalls, quaint towns, stay in a cabin with all the comforts of home. This place was perfect. Rustic look and feel, but at the same time very modern and comfortable. Best of both worlds. Very roomy, large and well equipped kitchen, great fireplace, plenty of firewood, comfortable beds, very quiet, I could go on. We all had a great time, would definitely return.

Wonderful girls’ weekend!

This cabin was fabulous! So clean and so well stocked with everything we needed. It was secluded enough that we felt like we were alone in the woods. It was big and comfortable with a wonderful porch and outdoor fire pit. We could not have enjoyed it more. It’s a great location within manageable distance from great hikes, waterfalls, beautiful views, and great restaurants. We hope to come back!

Blue Ridge

Everything was very nice. However, since 3 bedrooms were being used it would have been nice to know that the air conditioner did not work upstairs. Also, an explanation of the steepness of the road leading up to the house should be known. My husband had to put his truck in four wheel drive. The question is, would a regular car have been able to get up there. Aside from these two things it was a very positive experience and made for a great stay.

A great place to stay in the Mountains

My husband and I and 2 of our adult children stayed here for 2 nights for the Father's Day Weekend. The cabin is great and the location is very convenient to lots of great hikes and it about a 15-20 min drive to Blairsville restaurants.

Spacious Cabin near Wonderful Hikes and Waterfalls!

My wife and I were treating a young couple from England to a weekend in north Georgia, and we wanted them to see the best our state has to offer. Having this beautiful--very modern--log cabin as our base made our short adventure perfect. Some of the state's best waterfalls are nearby: DeSoto Falls, Vogel State Park's Trahlyta Falls, Anna Ruby Falls. And walking distance from the cabin are Helton Creek's two spectacular falls. Also nearby is the hike to Blood Mountain, the highest point on the Appalachian Trail in Georgia. The time in the Cabin was comfortable in every way: great beds, a modern kitchen with all of the amenities including a well-stocked Keurig coffee maker, two very clean full bathrooms with toiletries, and a large a-frame living room warmed by a fantastic fireplace. Plus lots of firewood! Communication with Serina was great throughout the booking process and during the stay itself. Every message I sent her was replied to within minutes. My wife and I look forward to bringing more friends to this cozy log cabin in the future. You won't be disappointed if you book it too!
