"A word of advice for fellow travellers staying at this hotel (hopefully more valuable than just saying "this place is great" etc). If you have read about the access to Bonaventure Station from the inside the hotel, but you haven't figured out where it is, look no further: it's on Floor 1. If you are coming down the elevator from the lobby at Floor 10, there's a door on your left. Enter through the door (there should be some parking payment machines on your right), then turn left and follow the arrows to Bonaventure Station. You will know you are going the right way when you see a set of electric stairs. The underground passage leads to 1000 Rue De la Gauchetière, where the station entrance is located. I stayed for 5 days and only figured this out in the last day. Even the concierge told me I needed to go outside to access it! Funny guy. That's 4 stars for Service & Staff."
