I found the house to be adequate for my needs (solo, in town visiting relatives over a long weekend). The house is older, but has obviously been upgraded. There is a musty smell in the main living/kitchen area, but not in the bed/bath area. The housewares are just average, not luxurious. Bring your own facial tissues, as none are provided (seems to be a Vacasa thing). The kitchen had the usual appliances, no non-stick pans and oddly, no spatulas at all. The wifi was good. I had some issues upon arrival due to a recent power blip and with help from a nice Vacasa phone rep, solved the outlets issue and the wifi issue after about 40 minutes. The mustiness was not dealt with because after 40 minutes, I was done and the on-site (on the phone with the Vacasa rep) representative's comment of "Well, it was fine a few days ago" was not helpful. So a blast of mustiness every time I entered, but I got used to it.
Nice enough neighborhood consisting of a mix of older small houses, permanent 'mobile' homes and remodeled homes. Very quiet, with narrow streets.
