Great propert, sketchy neighborhood
The property itself is beautiful and has everything you might want. The neighborhood looks very rough on your way in. The neighbors properties looked very bad but we had no interaction with them and no problems.

June lake trip
This house was great for what we needed. I was glad we had read reviews to bring chairs for the fire. I didn’t realize there wasn’t a dishwasher though. The trail to the lake is a nice walk, we used a wagon to bring chairs and a cooler to sit by the water. About a 30 minute drive to hot springs or the Caddo river float.

Peaceful cabin in the woods
Loved the cabin. Grounds and house were exactly what we wanted. It's very quiet and peaceful but not to far to go into Hot Springs and do things daily. Only thing was that we needed ice and the ice maker wouldn't work. It was a minor thing but the only thing we would have changed. Will definitely stay here again.

Great cabin for remote getaway
The cabin is awesome. Private, plenty of space indoors and outdoors, exactly what we wanted. It's in a secluded area yet easy to get to. It's about 1 mile off the main road and only .5 miles is gravel, so taking a car is not an issue. No pics of the front of the cabin is likely because it's a few yards off the main gravel road, which concerned us at first, but there was zero traffic over the 3 days we were there. You can't hear the neighbors, road noise, boats or anything other than a rooster crowing every so often. It was quiet and serene...exactly what we wanted!! A few things to note, which we didn't see in reviews/post. - It's a 15 minute walk to the lake, you can barely see thru the treeline, not a big deal. - There are 3 one-person kayaks with all you need - vests/oars. We didn't use them, but they looked to be in great shape. - Bring lawn chairs!!! There is not 1 single chair for the fire pit area. This was a bummer for us. Making smores was fine but we weren't able to sit around and enjoy the fire like I wanted to. There was plenty of firewood included on site. - The neighborhood to the cabin felt totally safe. Some reviews said it was scary, but it's not. It's rural AR and there's 1 house with some junk in their yard, but that's it. - Grill is gas. Don't bring charcoal. Rooms are spread out so you won't bother anyone if staying up late or hear everyone moving about. We will definitely be back!!

Our stay was just fine. We had 3 hiccups during our stay. But we just rolled with it and did something else. Will I return to this cabin? Probably not because we like to adventure.

Peaceful, Scenic Retreat in Rural Arkansas
We enjoyed the natural surroundings of the cabin and the scenic 5 minute walk along a trail to the lake. It was generally quiet with some distant sounds of rural Arkansas of dogs barking and roosters crowing. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and plates, cups, etc.. The beds were comfortable and provided a good nights sleep. Enjoyed the hot tub out back amongst the trees and happy hour on the back deck. The management company responded quickly and graciously to inquiries and requests. A nice retreat enviroment for my family.

The property and house itself was great. The neighborhood driving in was a little more that iffy. Did not have any trouble though and had a good time. Overall a good trip.

The Perfect Stay
I have stayed in a lot of VRBOS from the beach to the mountains and THIS was by far my absolute favorite, not just because of the gorgeous house but perhaps the memories that the house allowed us to make. The owners thought of everything down to the very minor details that made our stay that much more special. I couldn’t recommend this house enough and I can assure you we will be returning.

Cabin Review
It was a good experience. First time staying in Arkansas. Just a few suggestions..for convenience dishwasher is needed, one inch gap under front door needs to be fixed, couldnt use back door because of wasp nests, more comfortable furniture, road repair needed, kitchen sink leaks, mirror needed to be put back on wall in hall bathroom, pillows were way too thick super uncomfortable. However, was nice size bedrooms and bathrooms and pretty decor. Price was good per night. Would recommend this cabin just minor things to be done.

Cabin gateway with lake access KAYAKS!!!
The host worked with us and was over the top helping us! Even had a lawn care specialist mow the path to the lake so it would be easier for us. It was a bit of a hike to the lake but so worth it. Kayak dollies would have been a help, but if you have men or a couple of strong teens, it is doable to drag the kayaks. The lake access was like our own private beach. The cabin was perfect for our whole family and my 77 year old mother to enjoy. The hot tub was perfect! Will definitely rent it again!

Perfect cabin for relaxation in the woods. Exactly as shown and furnished with quality goods, from every kitchen utensil you'd ever need to fluffy towels and comfy bed linens. Exquisitely decorated and SO much space. Hope to return with a larger group soon!

Spring break
We all loved this little cabin so much! There was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable & cozy. Everything we could’ve needed was already there & it made our trip so much more convenient not having to make trips back and forth to the store for the little things such as dish soap, coffee or laundry soap. All the rooms were cute & tidy with room for storage. The kids room had the lockers and they LOVED picking out their own lockers & storing their things. The trail outside was beautiful along with the fire pit which was perfect for roasting marshmallows & just hanging around outside. Hot tub was amazing & so relaxing, the outside lights set the mood & made it all that much better! Would definitely love to revisit & recommend to anyone looking for a cozy little get a way!
