The house is beautifully decorated! The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and the beds were comfortable and everything was spotless.
The stairs to the second floor are a little steep and a little narrow, common with older houses, so if you have mobility issues, be cautious. The large dining table was great for our meals but they do only have 4 chairs so the 10 of us had to utilize some of our camp chairs as well - adding in a few more dining chairs would be nice, but it wasn't a big deal.
Check-in and out was easy and mostly clearly explained via email, however it did mention using the keypad at the back door but it's actually at the front door (a very minor temporary confusion). There is plenty of parking for multiple cars and the check-out requests (take out trash, start dishwasher, and towels in laundry) are very reasonable to ask.
The area I will say is a little rough - there is a house across the street with boarded up windows, but the others seemed fine and we had absolutely no problems with our weekend stay.
