Beautiful home in an excellent location! Host very responsive also. The kids absolutely loved the foosball table upstairs, and we all enjoyed our stay very much, with plenty of space to cook, eat, and relax. Highly recommend this lovely property.

Our space was great— prefect spot to get together and just order food in for the night and relax with out of town family. Only complaint is that we really needed to do laundry and the dryer wasn’t working so we ended up at the laundry mat the next day.

Family Touching Base

Hadn't seen bother since COVID days. Mom is 80 and it was important to get them together since he had a birthday the same weekend he and my sister in love needed to be in ATL. This home is quite spacious and nicely laid out for privacy yet connectedness. It was very nicely located for what we needed to get done.

Average

Check in was easy and communication with property manager easy, as well. The two twin beds are actually a twin trundle bed, which matters, so know this ahead of time. A few things that made the stay less than pleasant: Towels: Each bathroom had only two towels and two washcloths. We used the washer and dryer to launder these before first use because they didn't smell clean. It would be helpful to at least have 3-4 towels per bathroom for women who may choose to wash their hair and prefer two towels for this. We had 6 guests, so two per bathroom making 2 towels insufficientThe upstairs bathrooms had near empty dandruff shampoo and conditioner bottles that had to be removed and stored in order to have room for our personal toiletries. The upstairs Jack-and-jill bath had a pink shower curtain instead of white secondary to it's being covered in mold. It smelled horrible. We purchased a clear shower curtain liner from target for 4.99 to have at least have one degree of separation from this mold and our bodies. The primary bathroom shower is quite slippery- we purchased a non slip shower mat for this shower so we didn't have any falls, as my in-laws were using this bathroom. We found the cloth dining room chairs to be in need of a deep clean, as does the carpet upstairs. It's very hard to find a clean, updated home in Birmingham, as we have stayed many times for conferences, etc. This home could look like the pictures if a little more care and upkeep were applied.

Birmingham Stay for a night

The property was easy to find and not far from where we spent the most time in Birmingham.Very nicely decorated and spotless rooms upstairs & down.Older neighborhood and this place shines among the neighbors. Plenty of room to spread out with several living areas and a spacious kitchen and, again, beautiful staging for renters.Owner provided prompt & sufficient information on check-in & check-out. Could have easily done a week there comfortably.Well done Wes!

Great stay in Birmingham….

My family and I stayed here over the week of Thanksgiving and had a great time. The house was as advertised and perfect for us (4 of us). Location was central to just about everything we did in Birmingham so that was great. Had everything we needed inside the house. Wes, the host, was super responsive to any questions I had throughout the week. Would definitely stay here again.

Wes is a fantastic host! The home is beautiful & well appointed. Love the balcony on the 2nd floor. We had a couple curve balls come our way and he was super accommodating. Would rebook in a heartbeat! Thanks again sir.

Great Location and Rental

This house is located in a great neighborhood that is close to UAB and other sites. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the size of the house, plenty of room to move around. Would highly recommend this house.

Very nice, comfortable home

This is a very clean, completely remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has all new appliances and very well appointed, the upstairs is very well done, and the loft den is a nice touch, so everyone has a separate space to relax. I enjoyed the comfortable furniture that most rentals don't seem to have. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when we are in town again.

This is a very nice property and the owner was great to communicate all the details. We loved the location, so convenient to many attractions in BHM. The house is clean, well-decorated, and is even better than the pictures. We would highly recommend this rental to families visiting the area.

Great for families!

This home was perfect for the weekend of our son’s wedding! A great room on both the first and second floor made it easy to have my other son’s family stay with us. The layout offered two eating areas as well. Super clean and we decorated. Spacious master en-suite was amazing. Kitchen was well equipped and we felt right at home! Wes was very responsive when we had a need and even made arrangements quickly to send us something we left. Great parking and single garage was a plus. We will be staying here again!
