Great place to stay for the entire family!!!
Great Cabin in Big Bear, super cozy and very clean, the games in the garage and the hot tub always had the family doing something together. Will definitely stay here again.

Big Bear Log Cabin
We came to Big Bear for the Tour of BB bike race. This “cabin” was a very comfortable, roomy, clean, fun rental. My family enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table as well as the comfortable beds, and family games ( Mexican Train) at a nice size dining table. The location was easy to find and in a convenient location. Highly recommend

Memorial Weekend Getaway
There were 4 adults and 3 small children 6 and under in our party. The house was the perfect size and the location was great. The house is decored nicely. However one of the reasons we booked this house was the picture of the playground in the backyard that was not there. In it's place was a little table and bench. Supplies inside the house were for the most part ok. Lacking in some basic items ie: bottle opener, silicon spatula, and kleenex. The tv in the master did not have a remote to make it work, and the hair dryer worked it just didn't blow hot air. All of these things were not enough for us to complain, more of a fyi. The property manager was great and responded immediately the couple of times we reached out. Overall cute place, great location and very comfortable.

Great location!
Love the location. Beautiful cabin. Very spacious and big fenced in backyard that was perfect for our dogs. Great communication. We had a small problem with one of the shower-heads and the repair person came right away to fix problem. I recommend bringing your own supplies for kitchen such as spices, aluminum foil, saran wrap, and baking sheets.

Great Property
Lovely cabin in a great location. Layout was fantastic. Backyard is spacious and nice for outdoor dinners. Just a few issues. BBQ is extremely small so difficult to cook on. Cabin lacks some cleaning supplies like a vacuum. We had one of the dogs sneak a stick inside and it was tough to pick up all the small pieces. And only one trash can which makes it difficult to separate everything for the trash drop offs. Vacasa also only gives you 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag, 4 rolls of toilet paper and 2 dishwasher tablets. They did give us a few extra trash bags but we had to run back to their office and get them and told us we were in charge of providing anything else. We were there for 9 days so that part was frustrating. Last issue was the house across the street is under construction so it was a lot of noise. On top of that, the city decided to tear up the street in front of the cabin and we were never notified. So driveway has a huge dip to hit the street and was damaging to our car. So the cabin is very nice but some of the services left things to be desired. A few extra cleaning supplies and notification about all the roadwork and construction would have gone a long way.

The house was as described and very accommodating for the 6 adults staying there. The house was well furnished with cookware and appliances. We had a problem the first afternoon with the internet connection, contacted the management company and they responded quickly and had us connected within the hour. The property description stated a coffee maker but did not say it was a Keurig maker. The other negatives were the grill, as the ignitor did not work, and it needs a good cleaning and additional washcloths for everyone would have been helpful.

Big Bear Cabin
The " required face to face check in supposedly by Big Bear" never happened because no one was at the office and all phone calls just stayed in the waiting loop. So we went to the cabin and used the door code to get in after 45 minutes. Not a great start on Mother's day. The cabin is really nice although the cleanliness was in some areas less than I expected. One example is that the ceiling fan in the main room hasn't been touched in a very long time. The floor in the main living area was not grate either. I think there should be a check list for the cleaning crew so that things like this are not overlooked. The master bath didn't even have any soap in it. We also had to purchase barbecue tools so we could use the grill. We did enjoy our stay at the cabin and realize nothing is ever perfect.

Perfect mountain home
We were attending a wedding and decided to make it a nice getaway weekend. It met all our needs especially the hot tub. Comfy beds and great area to watch movies and enjoy a cozy fire. My only recommendation is to provide a coffee maker.

Great overall, with a few nitpicks
The cabin was beautiful and cozy. Overall it was a wonderful stay, barring a few nitpicks: - There were far too few dishwasher tabs, paper towels, and trash bags, especially considering that we were asked to take out all the trash and wash all the dishes before we left - We sanitized most of the surfaces when we arrived, and when we did some of the towels brought up dirt, so maybe the professional cleaning was not sufficiently thorough - The cabin is more of a 12-15-minute walk to the ski lift, a bit too far to walk comfortably with ski gear. Not a problem, but the listing advertised 5 minutes If these small issues are improved, I would gladly stay here again!

Great house, great location, not super clean
We stayed here with our 2 and 4 yr olds. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. Location was super convenient. The only big issue we had was the house was not clean. We found Cheetos on the floor and there was a piece of brownie on the couch. The house only had one trash bag, we had a hard time getting personnel to supply us with at least one more trash bag (as they are supposed to provide a starter kit of supplies). Personnel finally got us two more trash bags after texting back and forth with them.

First Family Ski Trip!!!
We stayed in this adorable cottage for our family’s very first ski trip. It was very well appointed (minus an actual coffee maker; just had the machine with pods) and we had great family meals and loved watching movies after a day of skiing. It is walking distance to Snow Summit so you don’t need to battle the parking and crowds. We will definitely stay again!

Amazing mountain/lake home with fantastic management
My 4 children and I stayed at this incredibly beautiful home. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fireplace, the ping pong table and the well appointed kitchen. We had our Thanksgiving feast there and it had everything we needed. It was immaculate and the communication was superb. It is only minutes from the Village and grocery stores. I’m hoping we come back again next year for Thanksgiving. We all highly recommend this cozy home. I’d give 6 stars. 💕
