Perfect Weekend Getaway
We went for my Mom's 60th birthday. It is so peaceful and serene. The neighborhood is very quiet and set back in the woods, but it's a short trip to town and about 25 minutes from canoeing, tubing and kayaking (which I would highly recommend scheduling). The Property was clean and spacious. Certainly going on my list to come back again!

Semi-Annual Girls Weekend
Just some girl friends getting together for some homemade food, tasty drinks, Jell-O shots, some card games and lots of laughs. No men allowed. All we need is a cabin or condo with enough room for 6-8 and a hot tub. This cabin filled our needs. It wasn’t the cleanest with some cobweb's, old window a/c units that should be replaced and out dated furnishings, but it was comfortable and easy to get to, with beautiful views. Two thumbs up… good times!

The Great Escape
It was peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. The TV room was downstairs whch was great for the kids which offered me some peace in the sitting room upstairs. I loved the bird feeders! We enjoyed all aspects of this stay and so close to the Berkeley Natural Springs!

Review
The property was decently private. The listing included an outdoor fire pit which was absolutely not on the property. We had booked this location because we believed we could have a fire outside, and brought our own firewood which was a disappointment. The outside plastic furniture were caked with dirt so we washed them ourselves before sitting on them.

Beautiful and relaxing get away
Perfect relaxing get away. The house was amazing and cozy. The views and the wildlife sightings were beautiful. A great place to get away and have a little warmth in the hot tub or by the fire during the long winter.

No pool pass broken items
There was no pool pass at the property. When i called the management company they said they would call back. They never did. We couldn't use the downstairs bathroom because it was leaking water from the bottom. The microwave doesn't work, one of rhe downstairs bedrooms ac until didnt work at first, when we finally did get it to work it shut off qnd wouldn't turn back on. When i called this morning to let them know i never got a call baxk they said they did call but my mailbox was full. It was not and i have no missed calls (the reception was fine). For the amount we paid and all of the extra fees we didnt even stay our full trip. Really, really disappointed.

Nice base for stay with friends could use some upgrades and cleaning
This property was in a great location for our weekend away with a group of 7 friends at Berkeley Springs, with enough space for everyone. We didn't try the sauna (it was too hot out), but we did do the hot tub the first night which was great re: heat, how many people could fit, and relaxation, but there was a little film on the surface. Everyone slept well, although the mattresses are a little out of date and could use an upgrade, and we all had fun hanging out in the common areas. Most of the bathrooms smelled mildew-y, and any room that didn't have an ac unit in it was SO humid.

Nice house, could use some repairs
Overall, this is a nice house in a beautiful location, but there were some problems I would note that should be addressed by the owner immediately. 1. Most of the upstairs windows do not have screens; 2. The AC unit in the second floor master and one of the first floor bedrooms don’t function properly, therefore not cooling those rooms; 3. There is a large hole in the screen door for the second floor sliding glass door, allowing bugs to enter the house; 4. We killed a cockroach in the kitchen, indicating pest treatment should be deployed; and 5. The microwave “off” button doesn’t work, and the vent fan in the microwave also wouldn’t shut off. We had to let it run until it shut off on its own.
