“Just checked out today after a short getaway with my girlfriends. Room was neat and clean. Plenty of space even though there were three of us. Mira and her colleagues at front desk were friendly and warm. They even remembered our ferry departure timing and came to remind us during breakfast when the shuttle to the ferry terminal was arriving. Overall awesome stay!”

“Everything was fantastic. A top class service from all personal very nice and kind. Incredible location very close to one of the best golf in Asia. Only one reserve : the 3 restaurants were too expensive despite the very high quality food. A pity indeed. But I would still repeat a stay there. Strongly recommended. Enjoy!”

“Pro's: (1) Secluded and clean beach, (2) updated interior, (3) excellent staff who were always friendly and helpful Cons: (1) Advised by hotel not to swim in the sea because of jellyfish (year-round) (2) Small swimming pool for hotel size (3) far away from shops and local restaurants I recommend that the hotel install a jellyfish net across the bay. Guests wouldn't travel all that way to use a pool.”

“The staff at the ferry terminal pick up and concierge are very helpful. I don’t remember all the names but Ode helped us with the bags while we cycled to the hotel. Food wise Indonesian food is great and breakfast choices are many. View from the pool is amazing.”

“Excellent from top to bottom but breakfast and dinner service was slow and personnel still unsure what to do and how to serve. More training needed. EG- my Soup for starters arrived at the same time my Leg of Lamb. Waiter had no idea which he should give me first. Laughable but please at a 5 Star !!”

“This is an old property with a lot of potential. The rooms are lovely but run-down. There were a lot of things broken in the room and stuff that needed updating. The pool was in rough shape as was the rest of the outside. Food on-site was excellent, staff were good for the most part. They screwed up and did not clean our room, we asked them to do it at 4pm and went to the beach for a while, came back and it was not done. Then they came at 6pm and asked if we wanted it cleaned then. We had a...

“There are not much places to visit in the surrounding area. Even the small shopping area whereby only transport is via the resort & many shops were closed. 😓”
