House of Horrors
Sleeps 16. Living room only seats 5. Kitchen is fantastic. Bedrooms are fine. Neighborhood so-so. Wouldn’t stay there again. Had trouble with Door code, wi-fi didn’t work initially, queen bed broke and collapsed with adult in bed. Owners need to add furniture but doubt they will. House is for sale.

Wedding Weekend
We were in the area for our daughters wedding. The home was absolutely perfect for our large family and the closet space was amazing and perfect to hang her wedding dress, suits and all of the wedding attire. The house is beautiful and very cozy. We loved watching the deer in the back, we met the lovely neighbor and her dog, we enjoyed visiting with her. There were no issues but we had a few questions and received fast responses. We travel to NWA frequently to visit family and we will definitely stay here again. We loved it!

family fun
we had friends and family from all over the country come for a spectacular week of mountain biking, museums, food and relaxation. The sapphire was perfect for us. Everyone had a bedroom, The kitchen diniing room was big enough for us all to be together at mealtime. It was very spacious, so we all had "space". The location was ideal for trails and town. Thanks for a great week!!

Perfect for Biking!
We were a group of 7 here to explore the MTB scene. The house was perfect- clean and spacious with a large garage so we could bring our bikes in at night. Location is great also within 5 minutes biking from both Slaughter Pen and Coler trails

Great week in NW Arkansas
We had a great week in NW Arkansas. We had a family of 12 and the house was all and more that was promised. Ample room and very clean. Conveniently located in Bentonville. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Check-in was flawless. Highly recommend this property.

Great place
4 guys for mountain biking in Bentonville - perfect for this. Close to trails - may need to drive to some, but many are close to ride to. Close to downtown (not really walkable but not far). House was big and had all the amenities you need.

Mother Daughter Retreat
This property was perfect for our mother daughter retreat! It has enough rooms and space to gather. The kitchen was beautiful and spacious - this is where we spent most of our time as a large group. The younger girls loved the hot tub and spent their weekend true slumber party style doing hair and nails. It was close to downtown and Crystal Bridges making our Saturday outing easy breezy with 18 of us. Other parking was tricky in the driveway since it is shared but we ended up having room. I do advise minimizing cars - max four would be what I recommend even though we had 5-6.

Wonderful home for large family
This beautiful 7 bedroom home is perfect for a large family or multiple family stay. The beds are very comfy and the kitchen is furnished well. The home location is perfect.

Good could be great stay at The Sapphire
This house is perfect for dinners and cooking and supplying the best homey, warm feels! We loved so many charms of this house! Only complaints were the upstairs bathroom door did NOT stay shut which was difficult for upstairs users. Also, while its great that the management company sends texts updates and info…..was not pleasant to be woke up with a text before 7:30a.m. on final morning when they had already messaged us the night before stating our already known check-out time. We had already done most of the pickup and cleaning the night before and I did not like being woke up in the morning with a reminder that seemed redundant. I would highly recommend the stay at this location but also know the auto texting is off-putting for anyone wanting a more personal experience.

Fabulous property for family of all ages
We had four generations of family from 5 months to 90 years old staying adn this was the perfect property. Close to everything....the sights and the grocery store! The kitchen was fabulous. With two infants and 11 adults, meals out weren't on the docket. We made all meals in. There was a nice selection of pots and pans and ample counter space for two cooks. The three levels and two living areas allowed for individual family privacy or everyone together. There were a very few new house issues of things that the manger was very responsive to. Overall, it couldn't have been a better spot for our family!
