El pasillo que conduce a la cama y el baño para huéspedes también tiene una puerta que se puede cerrar para crear una configuración de suite secundaria. La tercera habitación se encuentra en la parte delantera de la casa y cuenta con una configuración de den con un sofá cama que podría acomodar a dos.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The weather wasn’t great but the coziness of the house and the view of the lake made us not care about the weather. We even used the paddle boat and went around the lake.

Great stay on the lake
Family of 4 spent three nights at this location - great house and plenty of space for everyone. Loved sitting on the dock during evenings watching the sun go down. Kitchen is generally well stocked - if you cook make sure to bring your own salt/pepper/spices/oils - there were none supplied. Other than that, we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Lake Brittany
The home was comfortable, nicely decorated and the view to the lake was peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped although being people who like to cook we thought there would at least be salt and pepper, but there was not one iota of salt, sugar, oil,spices etc. cabinets are bare and just barely enough silverware. But maybe we’re weirdos and most people go out to eat. There were plenty of nice towels both for bath and for lake activities and the kayaks and variety of lake rafts etc were wonderful. The grill was gross as were all the screen windows which were full of dead bugs which leads me to believe that the house cleaners are not doing their job. The few issues that I’ve mentioned were unfortunate but I have to say the owners were easily available for questions and concerns and, most importantly it is a very nice home equipped to spend some peaceful days.

This location was PERFECT!!! Mountain bike trails close by, very nice lake with kayaks, paddle boat, floaties, and a beautiful clean home! Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Peaceful Getaway
My husband and I with our three boys 21, 18 and 16 needed a little vacation time that was 2 hours away from Tulsa. We felt very at home and comfortable. The view of the lake is absolutely gorgeous and relaxing. We loved kayaking for hours on Lake Brittany. I grew up floating down the Illinois river and it felt just like that even though it was a lake. The cool breeze, cold water, tall trees and nature was just what the soul needed. The steps down to lake are a doozy but I enjoyed the exercise. We grilled out and used the kitchen for all our meals. The 4 TV’s in each room gave everybody their own freedom. We enjoyed playing board games and a puzzle at the table. The cold AC kept up with the 90 degree heat advisory weather outside. We loved pulling into the garage unload and loading, felt like our personal lake home. Beds were clean and comfy. Everything was provided for our needs. If they wanted to sweeten the deal, a paddle board and oar would have made things even perfect. I love that the two kayaks were already out for us to enjoy. We would come back in a heart beat.

Great views and property
We loved staying here and had a very relaxing time. The views are great and has one of the easiest access to the lake compared to other properties in Bella Vista we have stayed at. The property is exactly as described with all the facilities, cookware we needed. Property was very clean and while we did not need to contact the owners while there, the communication beforehand was easy and quick. We willl definitely look to stay again

Seriously perfect
These property managers know what they're doing! Such a tranquil spot with everything needed to enjoy it, including kayaks, a paddle boat, and an abundance of floaties/lake toys. The whole stay felt indulgent in even small ways; they provided tons of towels, extra blankets, a fully outfitted kitchen and grill stuff, plus access to all the streaming options you could want. We loved our stay!

Spring Break
We were fortunate to be able to rent this house on Lake Brittany for a week of R&R. The home is super nice - the layout is perfect for a couple, family with kids, or two couples - as it has 2 primary suites. The house was very clean. Everything in very good condition - like new furniture. The kitchen was great - had everything we needed. The sunroom is a huge plus! We spent a lot of time in the evenings sitting out there reading. The house is in an excellent neighborhood with many beautiful new homes. We felt very safe here. Renters are allowed to use the garage which was a perk. Outdoors there are several lawn chairs, an outdoor table and two lounge chairs - room for everyone! Communication with the owners couldn't have been better. My questions were responded to almost immediately every time. We spent 4 nights in the house - and it wasn't nearly enough. When we visit the Ozarks in the future, we will absolutely rent this home again. We visited a few local restaurants - several are listed in the owner's folder. Excellent food!! If you love Calzone's, Gusano's is amazing!! Be sure to visit the Mildred B Cooper chapel. It's just a few miles away - we were awe-struck! An amazingly beautiful place. We very much enjoyed our stay and were totally pleased with everything, including the owners! We strongly recommend this home for a vacation rental.

Refreshing Girls Getaway
My sister and I were celebrating her 50th birthday and chose this house for the close proximity to nature and hiking but also shops and restaurants. Sitting in the dining nook each morning sipping coffee while looking out over the lake was reason enough to stay. We ate a lot of meals at the house , so the fully stocked kitchen worked well. The fireplace was awesome too. It was too chilly to go in the lake, so I can’t speak to that. But we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful View
Home is lakefront as advertised and has a beautiful view off of the back deck and also off of the eat-in kitchen area which has a full bank of windows overlooking the water. Lots of space and comfortable accommodations. Home was well equipped. Property manager was easy to communicate with and gave lots of helpful information prior to arrival. Would definitely stay again.

More beautiful than the pictures portray
The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, full of lovely homes in idyllic settings. It's also much more beautiful than the pictures portray; everything is just lovely -- the view, the furnishings, lighting throughout the house, well stocked, everything. Let's see . . . the front room has a bed in it, and a very nice desk, but there's no closet. We didn't hear one word from the property manager -- not even a welcome text --but that was OK; didn't need anything from anyone. The instructions were clear and the house was perfect. (Well, we did wish that at least one box of kleenex had been provided. And a binder with detailed instructions on working the television and all the switches would be a good addtion. Plus, I much prefer Egyptian cotton sheets--wish owners/mgrs would at least give us an option.)

Great sister getaway
The house and property were all we could have imagined. The house was impeccable -- clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The porch, deck, and dock area were just right and kayaking around the lake was so enjoyable. We are three sisters in our 50s and were absolutely delighted with our stay. Thanks to Patrick and Chance for being great hosts.
