Impresionante propiedad en Sunriver rodeada de casas de alto nivel, pero a un corto paseo o en bicicleta hasta el río, el Village y el Centro Acuático. Esta lujosa casa de vacaciones está llena de luz con grandes ventanales. Verdaderamente un lugar para todos sus invitados con 6 habitaciones, 4 de las cuales son suites principales. Sun River snow vacation
The house was quite comfortable for our party of 12 adults. Plenty of snow at Sun River so we did not have to drive to Bachelor to xc ski. Really enjoyed the hot tub, the pool table room and the overall layout of the house.

Stellar Sunriver Spot
This rental far exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and comfortable. Hot tub and pool table were a bonus. New pool rack is sorely needed. Would highly recommend.

Spacious, comfortable, accurate
Our family of 16 ranged from ages 1-60 and we had plenty of space; comfy, warm beds; warm showers; well stocked kitchen. The floor plan was elusive in the description, but pleasantly laid out. Upstairs behind the kitchen is a king en-suite. The queen ensuite is off the pool table room which is to the left of the entry and upstairs. The other two kings en-suite, are downstairs on the left. The bunk and double-bed rooms are downstairs to the right-sharing the full bath. The showers & beds are wonderful with lots of snuggly bedding. Kitchen was roomy and well stocked. The modern appliances worked perfectly. We just didn’t have quite enough frig/freezer space as we are home chefs, so an extra unit would have been a blessing, but in winter a cooler outside was sufficient. The travel crib was appreciated and a few toys and high chair would be a great addition. We did find the downstairs very cool (no carpet) but we closed the living room vents which drastically improved the downstairs temps. Hot tub worked great, bicycles functioned well in the snow, and host was efficiently responsive. Gas fireplace produced great heat as well. We had a lovely stay and no complaints (after the heatIng was solved).

Family Vacation
This house was fantastic for our family vacation. It had plenty of rooms, lots of bathrooms, and ample living space for a large family. Just as an FYI for the next family staying here: there are some bikes available for riding, but not enough for the full capacity of the house. Overall, it was a great experience!

Perfect for family reunion
We had four families, 14 adults and children. Compared to other places we’ve been the common areas were big, and there was a separate billiards room too. Everything you need to cook for multiple families is there. The grill is gas-fed from the house. It’s even walkable to SHARC and just a bit further to the village/shopping.

Wonderful stay!
We came to get out of town for a birthday getaway and this home did not disappoint. The house was cozy and clean. We greatly appreciated the hot tub and pool table and game closet! The kitchen had so much room to cook large meals, there was plenty of space for everyone.

Good house in a great location!
We had a large family getaway here over a few days and it was a very good time! I've stayed in several houses in Sunriver: we loved the location of this one, it was very large, well layed out, and had good amenities. Some negatives were that the floors were very dirty, furniture in the house was quite worn, multiple beds squeaked loudly, and landscaping was needed to make the large yard a place to enjoy. However, the host was very responsive, and we had a great trip overall. If a little more time and money were put into cleaning this place up, I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Sunriver.

Beautiful property and location!
We enjoyed everything about this home and it met our needs perfectly. Quiet street, close to the Village, large deck; great yard for Cornhole and games. Only one note: an extra refrigerator would have helped. With such a large group (15), one is not enough. thank you!

House in very sad repair.
Outside the house - bveat up BKB hoop, trashy landscaping or non existant. 3 broken wooden planters. Deck is a shambles with 6 chairs Called fire department twice due to gas smell in the kitchen. Vacuum cleaner and fry pan broken. Extension cord to hanging lamp. TV in LR set up poorly. Kitchen floor filthy upon entry and mold in master shower. Older home/no care !

Location
The old adage for the 3 most important things in real estate is location, location, and location. This home is a 1 minute walk to bike trails. By bike, you can get to the Nature center, Shark, and the village in less than 10 minutes without going up or down hills. Our extended family of grandparents, 2 families with children aged 2-15 were able to walk to all of these locations. We hope to rent again next year.

We enjoyed the home and it was very comfortable for all of our needs and all ages. The layout of the bedrooms was very conducive to quiet rooms. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, serving items, plates, cups, etc. Enjoyed the deck and the BBQ. Lots and lots of bikes and many badges to access pools land other activities. We would highly recommend this property.

Great house for a large group.
We stayed at 23 Quelah with 9 guys and it was super comfortable. The house was spacious and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms, and the giant outdoor deck was great. We used the hot tub and the pool room quite a bit. There were some minor things that were a bit shabby (dirty showers, kitchen tools needed help, many of the bikes in the garage were broken) but nothing that was too difficult to work around. The one thing that is hard to plan about this house is that it's WAY outside of Bend, deep in a neighborhood with lots of windy streets and makes it a bit hard to get things like Ubers to the house. As long as you know its a solid 20-30 mins from downtown, I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Fabulous!
We had a great stay at this wonderful home! It was well equipped with everything we could want, from the kitchen to the games, bikes, pool table, etc. it was roomy, and we loved having the large dining table, as well as the small table for card games. Great Spot!
This rental was perfect. A big group of us stayed here for the weekend as our home base for Mt. Bachelor. The house was comfy, had everything you needed too. Overall great spot.
