Ven a quedarte en el lago! Cocina y sala de estar recientemente renovadas. ¡Transformamos nuestra antigua y encantadora casa del lago en un refugio para que todos disfruten! Disfrute de una propiedad tranquila frente al lago con acceso directo al lago. Perfecto para un retiro tranquilo para relajarse y tomar el sol con impresionantes vistas al lago. Casa de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, árboles maduros y espacio para 8 personas (6 adultos cómodamente) y estacionamiento para botes. 5-15 minutos a UMHB, Belton, Killeen, Ft Hood, Scott & White, Salado Shopping. Austin es de 50 millas, Waco es de 30 millas. La capacidad máxima es de 8 personas. NO HAY PARTES SIN CONSENTIMIENTO. Cargo por evento de $ 500 para eventos de hasta 35. Cualquier invitado mayor de 15 años se considera un evento.

El espacio es un refugio encantador con nuevas camas cómodas en cada cama. La habitación principal tiene un rey con hermosas vistas al lago y su propio balcón y asientos con vista. Está conectado al baño principal que tiene una bañera de hidromasaje. NO ducha en el baño principal. Una de las camas para huéspedes tiene una cama queen y la tercera habitación es una habitación litera con una cama litera completa y queen. El baño Guess solo tiene ducha.

Hay dos niveles de balcones con muchos asientos para cenar afuera, tomar café y cócteles mientras disfruta de las vistas. Hay un pozo de fuego en el borde de las propiedades para disfrutar de una hoguera, así como una parrilla de carbón.

Esta casa tiene escaleras para acceder a los balcones y al lago. Traiga zapatillas de tenis y zapatos de agua si desea hacer la caminata hasta el lago. Hay una playa de rocas donde puedes tomar una silla y pescar, explorar o simplemente pasar el rato en la orilla del agua. Mucho espacio para almacenar su bote en el camino de entrada y puede anclar su bote / juguetes en la cala.

Fun, Restful Family Getaway!
This property was super cute and well-decorated! The lake views were AMAZING off the back deck, and we really enjoyed the hot tub too! There is a little path to hike down to the lake, and we were able to use the two kayaks and paddle around the cove/inlet that the property accesses. It was great! We gifted my mother-in-law with this trip, and even though she didn't hike down, she loved the ability to watch us kayak from the deck! We also enjoyed the full-size ping pong table in one of the living areas. A couple things about the posting that weren't accurate, but were a nice surprise. It said only one bedroom had a king bed and another had a queen bed, but they actually both had king beds. Also, it said the master bathroom only had a tub and no shower, but it actually was the other way around. It only had a shower and no tub (which worked fine for us, but if you have small children and are expecting a bath, you should make a note of this). We would stay again! Very relaxing and in a quiet neighborhood.

A Lemon of VRBOs
This house appeared amazing online, but around every corner was a let down. There were small things such as all but one Adirondack chair being broken. But the greatest disappointment was having no access to the lake despite the listing promising lake access. There were many areas of the house that looked like they had not been cleaned in months, and the bed sheets even had a stain. This house needs a lot of attention before being listed as an adequate rental home. The property manager was responsive over text, but there was not much she could do.

We rented the home from VRBO for Sat & Sun; I think you need to be aware of some major issues in the house. We were extremely disappointed, but elected to stay because we had bow fishing plans on the lake. The house is under construction. The dining room is missing flooring & is covered w/ 4 rugs. There was a large industrial fan on in the home when we arrived blowing on that area. I assume the rugs must've been wet at sometime. The home does have an odor resembled an old trailer house. One of the reasons we rented the house was the picture showed lake access. We were hoping we could be picked up by our fishing guide on the little beach shown in the pictures. The access is completely cut off w/ broken stairs & brush. The pics of this home must be from years ago when it was purchased by the owners. According to the property manager a storm recently caused it. When the toilet in the hall bath is flushed, it bubbles up into the master toilet. When you turn on the garbage disposal, the other lights in the home blink & turn off. Perhaps this has to do with the mess of electric wires coming out of the box under the eave of the house. All of the outdoor rugs were rolled up and a mess; tripping hazard. The porch ceiling is falling down on the upper porch. The finishing under the eave is also falling down. To finish it all off, a crew of contractors installing gutters came knocking @ the door at 8 am on Monday asking for access to the home. Check out is 11.

Nice home with a great view
Overall nice home, although it is older and shows signs of age like cracked ceiling, worn out kitchen appliances, bulbs out, toilets that bubble up when you flush them. Decor is great and the view is outstanding.

Thanksgiving Get Away
The house was nice. The view was fantastic. Just beware, they are serious when they say take the path to the water at your own risk. It is very steep in places and there is a lot of dirt so it is slippery when it's been raining. Once we got down there successfully we had a blast exploring the shoreline and got lots of awesome pictures.

Lake getaway
We had a great time! The house was very comfortable for hanging out. We cooked some of our meals here and felt like we had everything we needed. The kids complained that the bedroom with the bunk beds was hot at night. Otherwise, no complaints!

Location is quiet
The location/neighborhood is quiet. The home was clean and comfortable, but in need of some upkeep and a good remodel. King bed was very comfortable. The lake is way down a steep path. Children under 12 would most likely have a hard time getting back up...even some adults would have a hard time. Tall weeds along the path, so chiggers a concern. The swings are gone. No hose bib at the rear of the property (Kids would've loved a sprinkler during the 116 weather). AC works great! People often wonder about cameras. I noticed one exterior camera in the front. Overall, a comfortable and quiet location. I would most likely stay here again.

Texas Get Away on Lake Belton
This is a great property with spectacular views. Home is in good shape, quiet neighborhood. My wife walked 3 miles each morning and enjoyed the safety of it. Comfortable accommodations. Its a hike to the lake, but worth it for the serenity. Would stay here again, and highly recommend this spot.

Fantastic Week!
We had a delightful time. We fished, we swam in the lake, rented a pontoon boat and kayaks. The house is bright and the views are gorgeous. The trail down to the lake was challenging for me. I was an old pro by the end of the trip:) I would definitely book this property again.

Very Lovely View
The home was nice and very clean. The view was spectacular 24/7 and the house had all the basic conveniences. (Be sure to bring your own seasonings, coffee, etc.) We loved all the porches and balconies, each of which also had a great view. Fire pit is a nice touch. The only negatives were that the bubble tub in the master bedroom did not bubble. (Sort of a disappointment) and be forewarned that the trek to the beach is a little rougher than you would expect. This could be because the lake is so low right now. You have found the perfect sit-on-the-deck and look at the lake spot. Very private as well.

Gorgeous Views
Pictures cannot do justice for the views you get at this property! We loved looking at the lake from the deck, yard, living room and our bedroom window! Neighborhood is very nice and property is clean! The access to the beach was a major perk for us as well! And yes, it is a "hike" and my parents were not physically able to make it, but they had no complaints as they were completely satisfied with their views from the house! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Lakeview Retreat getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lakeview Retreat. The house was super clean and well stocked. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood which we enjoyed. The views were stunning. We could not spend enough time on the back patios marveling at the scenery. The dogs loved it also! Lezlie was very attentive and accommodating. We also enjoyed several of the local restaurants and boutiques. Great time! Thank you!!

Father’s day get away
We had a great stay at the property! it has gorgeous views of the lake. The one disappointment was there was really no “beach” acess as pictured, getting down to the lake was pretty difficult. Other than that, it was really great.
