Cute little cottage with all the extras. Well equipped, clean and sweet nostagia items throughout! Stay here! Melanie was available if we needed anything. She had flowers and sweets on the table when we arrived. Yes we would stay here again. Well done, Melanie.

Literally a night in the museum
I cannot express enough how impressive, and immaculate both of her properties are, and the memorabilia, the appliances, the walls, floors and doors.. everything is from another time. The hostess gave us a tour of the big house since it was unoccupied and told us so much about the area. We felt so welcome and we're just in awe of this place. We came for a festival we go to every few years and will likely only be staying here on future visits. 500/5 ⭐️🙂

Very unique
Lots of great collectibles everywhere in this charming converted salon. Our host was very hospitable and even showed us around the home next door. When we arrived there were fresh flowers, pastries and a personalized welcome sign. Enjoyed our two night stay!

Everything I hoped it would be!
Extremely accommodating management. Well stocked and spotless. Surprised by baked goods, fresh flowers and a welcome note on a table to greet me! It remained a great adventure the entire 2 weeks that I stayed there!

A fun flashback!
Melanie was so gracious and hospitable! The personal and practical touches were perfect. Seeing the main house was fascinating and I thought it would be a great place for a family reunion of those that grew up in that era. The location was perfect to be equal distance between Pittsburgh and Fallingwater. Would definitely recommend to a couple looking for a cozy getaway.

Perfect Home Away from Home!!
This property was very clean and very inviting. It has everything you need when traveling. The host was super friendly and even friendly with our little fur babies. It snowed 8 inches overnight while we were there, and the host had all the walkways taken care of before we even left the house for the day. Super easy to communicate with. Made sure we had everything we needed!! This will be a place we stay again in the future.

Wonderful, cozy place to stay
What a lovely property! It's so comfortable and quaint, very clean and inviting. The host even left us a little welcome message and treats! The retro candy was such a fun touch. We really enjoyed the record player as well, it was an unexpected little perk. My partner and I really hope to make this a regular destination for our trips!

Quiet and Clam
I had to travel for work for a bit. Location was great. Went to river fishing/canoeing, over to the Flight 93 Memorial and few other trips visiting friends. Cottage was perfect for the 2 of us. Melanie and Bob were perfect host. Very responsive thought minimal request. If I had planned right would have stayed another week but was book up “for good reason”.

Loved The Neighborhood So Much I Moved Here
I loved the tiny house. Everything was clean and tidy. There was a maid I was able to use, for an extra fee. There were plenty of lovely little touches. The hostess was a knowledgeable and wonderful person. My dog was welcomed and treated like family. He loved the yard to run around in. I don't see a reason not to come here. I loved the town so much I came back and moved here. Seriously, this place is great. People are friendly, lots of places to walk to. The local food is wonderful. Check out By Georges and the local bakeries. Everything is great!

My wife and I hated to see Falling water and stop in Pittsburgh for our anniversary, this house was right in the middle and was very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful owner as well
