“We loved everything about the facility. It was well laid out (but needs more cosmetic work). It was well stocked and clean. One problem was the alarm system was accidentally turned on and no one responded to our many requests for service. I would definitely recommend and use this space again. ”

“This place was terrible. Should never have been listed. Ceilings dirty, previously wet and sagging. Carpet ripped and FILTHY. Horrible patchwork pink paint covering dirt and graffiti in the hallway. Host never responded with entry information. It was all bad. Vrbo did set me up in a hotel for 3 of my 5 nights then I had to find lodging for the rest of my stay Awaiting my refund for that.”

“I was surprised when stepping out of my car how quiet the neighborhood was. Only moments away from downtown Detroit but you would think you were in Mayberry. Everything was nicely decorated, luxury linens, and water pressure for days. I really can't say enough good things about this stay!”

“Newly renovated was the only positive. Wasn’t upfront about the plugged toilet and tried to mask the smell by locking the door and putting bleach in the bottom of the dishwasher and Lysol. Was promised 2 bathrooms and 4 adults from different families had to use one. A charge of garbage disposal for $50 We were from a different country - where is the garbage going to go. Back to Canada 🇨🇦”

“It was great to bring our dogs with us on our visit to Detroit. The accommodations were Clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The neighbors were pleasant and the bar down the street was a nice place to have a drink. We visited Belle Isle and Gross Pointe Park. We found great restaurants that allowed dogs for outside dining. Great trip! ”

“The place was clean, the one actual bed was comfortable, the futon was ok. Due to unforeseen circumstances, some members of our family of 7 were unable to join us, so I am not able to comment on the blowup mattresses for larger groups. The kitchen seemed to be stocked with enough dish ware and appliances to make food. Again, due to a change in circumstances, we ended up ordering takeout and going to Belle Isle to meet the rest of our family, so we did not actually use the kitchen for more than...
