Communication with the property management was good up until a day or two before the trip. I had a couple of questions I asked through the app that went unanswered. The check in process was easy and quick. When we got to the home, we found it to be as advertised. There was someone from the management company onsite when we arrived. I asked if the BBQ propane tank was full, and he assured me it was. Later I tried to light the BBQ unsuccessfully. I called and mentioned the problem. They said someone would come the next morning. Long story short, I had to call about 10 times to make this happen. They didn't bring a new tank until 9:00 PM the following day. We had to figure out something else to eat. I was even told that our issue had been resolved earlier when nobody had come out. Also, for some reason there was a snowplow blocking our driveway early the day after our arrival. I called maintenance, and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. There was no interest in helping figure out what the problem was. Finally, while the property was as advertised, it was not cleaned thoroughly. The main bathroom had a ledge that was not cleaned at all. It's a taller ledge and perhaps not noticeable by someone who is shorter. We also changed the sheets on the queen size bed and noticed that mattress pad was covered in hair. So this property could be much better if it were cleaned properly and if the management company communicated better and followed through on actions.
