¡Imagínese despertarse con un hermoso amanecer cada mañana! Lleve su bebida favorita al enorme patio exterior de la puerta corrediza de vidrio con vista a las olas del océano. Los delfines son vistos regularmente, justo en la costa.
Este condominio de 1 dormitorio decorado con buen gusto viene completo con ropa de cama. Cuenta con un amplio dormitorio con cama tamaño queen y mucho espacio de guardarropas para guardar sus pertenencias. La sala de estar llena de sol tiene un cómodo sofá desplegable tamaño queen y acogedoras sillas. Una práctica puerta de bolsillo proporciona privacidad entre las habitaciones. TV tiene más de 30 canales con wifi.
La cocina bien equipada cuenta con 4 electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y un amplio espacio de contrapeso y almacenamiento, lo que la hace perfecta para aquellos que les gusta cocinar. Can’t beat this view
This was our second time booking this condo. We absolutely love the view. We had a few situations that came up at the condo and each was taken care of immediately. The parking is easy with just few steps or use of elevator and you are at your condo.

Everything was as it stated. I wish there was constant access to the beach and not just a couple hours in the morning when the tide goes down. We rented a golf cart to have access on the whole island and was glad we did. It would have also been nice to have the membership card to have access to at least the restaurants. But it all worked out and we had a great time. The island is beautiful and well worth booking. Management was very quick to answer any questions we had as well.

We loved sitting on the large common property deck, just a step outside of our living room watching the sun rise each morning. Great amenities, well cared for. Shaded underground parking kept the car cool and convenient for loading/unloading. We would definitely consider staying again.

Beautiful location
We stayed at Newhaven this year and loved the location. It was near the beach access and it was so pretty to watch the waves in the morning and at night. Be careful using 1A as beach access as the tide comes in quickly. We learned the hard way that 1b access is about a 1.5 mile walk back to Newhaven. The kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed Morgan River Grille in Dataw and went into Beaufort once but stayed at Fripp for most the trip. Can’t wait to come back!

Condo with a view
This condo was perfect. Booking and communication was easy and fast. Having a private parking space that was near the stairs (elevator available if need) that came out right at our condo was nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed slept fine. If you enjoy the most beautiful sun rises this is the condo for you.

Location, location, location
My husband, 3 month old, and I stayed here. We have stayed all over the island, but this was our first time staying in the Ocean Point area and it did not disappoint. We are people that enjoy staying on the beach sun up to sun down and knew that would be difficult with a 3 month old. The ocean views and the makeshift beach steps away from condo were a selling point. It was perfect for this trip. I have cleanliness 4 stars because there was mold on the shower curtain and bathroom ceiling. However, I’ve been coming to fripp for many years and this is common in most places we have stayed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return.

A little piece of Heaven
Perfect location. Eat breakfast with the dolphins and pelicans on the beautiful waterfront patio sitting in the Adirondack chairs. The villa is clean and comfortable. It is a first floor unit so sometimes you can hear people upstairs. Be aware no amenity cards so you won’t be able to do resort activities, use pool or dine at restaurants in the resort. But we really don’t miss that. We cook at home and spend our days at the beach. You can rent a golf cart from Sutcliffe carts in Beaufort and spend the evenings cruising and watching the sunset from all the beautiful spots. If you want to eat out Johnson’s creek tavern is a short drive on Harbor Island. Get groceries before you get to Fripp because the store is a 40 minute drive. Walmart on lady’s island does curbside pick up. If you are looking for a no frills place to relax and unwind then this New Haven home is for you.

Cleanliness
The condo was not cleaned well at all. It is a very nice unit but whoever cleaned it stepped on a huge bug in the living room floor and left it there. There was another huge bug under the edge of the foot of the bed. The owners have been very good to us and let us change our dates from last year because of the storm that was coming in.

Very private island
Fripp Island is very lovely. Our apartment was great! We could sit in the living room and watch the ocean. That was wonderful! The beaches are very beautiful - if you can get to them. It should be made very clear that it is difficult to access the beaches without a golf cart and the golf carts cost $100 a day. When we finally did get to a beach, it was terrific. We enjoyed our stay, but probably wouldn't go again.

Beach access was the best part
We encountered several issues during our stay (flooded entry way which smelled like detergent, broken bathroom lights/fan, TV problems). To owner's credit, she did respond and address. The condo is a bit outdated and can use some updates, especially the bathroom and kitchen light/fan. The cleanliness issues were also shared with the owner and I hope resolved before the next renters arrive. Be prepared to bring everything with you....basic necessities as salt and pepper, foil or saran wrap, dish detergent are not supplied. Small travel size shampoo, conditioner and small soap were in bathroom. Basically, outdated pots and pans and some paper products were available. We were unimpressed. The outdoor area was lovely and access to beach at low tide. I'd suggest renting a golf cart well in advance of your arrival. There were none to be had this past week and parking a car at one of the beach access points is almost impossible. We were grateful to access the beach from the condo. If you don't acquire an access card you have no option for dining except to leave the island. Johnson Creek Tavern was good for dinner, just a short ride over the bridge.
