We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was wonderful and in an ideal location on the island along Ocean Point Golf Course. Pam was one of the best Host we've ever had, and was excellent at communicating. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

137 Ocean Point Dr is tops. Great location, great views, comfortable, kitchen well stocked and the golf cart makes for the perfect escape. We enjoyed a great stay here last year making it easy for search it out again. Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay!
My husband, dog and I all had a wonderful visit. The house is beautiful, roomy but not too large. Views are stunning and the closed deck and front courtyard were terrific for our dog. Both the owner Pam and property manager Mar nie were super helpful and responsive as we arrived during sone nasty weather, but all away well. I look forward to staying again!

Fantastic Fripp property
We loved our stay at 137. We've been to Fripp a dozen + times and this gem did not disappoint. Relaxing ocean and golf course views, quiet street once it gets dark, perfect inside for a family of 4 or 2 couples. We usually stay on the other side of the island but really enjoyed Ocean Point. The private pool just 3 doors down was a nice treat as well.

Love location and layout of unit.

Absolute perfection!
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It’s simply and beautifully appointed. The kitchen contained everything we needed to prepare our meals. The gas grill is in great condition and clean. We spent our time on the deck watching the ocean and all the amazing wildlife. I loved drinking my coffee and enjoying nature every morning. This is my fourth stay at Fripp and this was my favorite house. We loved the northern end of the island. We definitely enjoyed the gated deck on the back of the house and the gated front courtyard area with a pet door for our furry family members. Thank you so much for opening your home and allowing us to enjoy your piece of paradise.

Perfect accommodations with your pup!
We had the best time during our November stay! Having rented on Fripp Island for many years I had never stayed in one of the Sandown units and was thoroughly impressed. The unit was updated, clean, and well-stocked with linens, kitchen items, entertainment options, and more. The unit also came with an electric golf cart which was a huge plus. It was perfect for our dog as he could use the front dog door to enjoy the front deck and enclosed yard area. We were able to befriend some nearby neighbors who all had dogs of their own. It's a quick walk to the Ocean Point beach access, you just have to monitor the tide chart and visit at low tide. Also close to the Ocean Point Grille and Springtide market. The hosts were fantastic at communicating through email and were more than accommodating. We would love to rent this unit again on our next visit!

Location, Location
We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Owner was great to work with. Loved the front courtyard with a great view off the back deck. Minimum steps which made it great for loading and unloading. Place was updated and was very clean. We’ve already discussed it. Return visits to Fripp this where are staying.

Fabulous Fripp Stay!
Fripp has become one of our favorite family vacation spots. This is our first time staying at this particular home, but we will definitely return. The owner was very responsive from the very beginning of the process and through our stay. The home has gone through renovations and is very clean. The beds and linens are comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. Of course, being at Fripp, the included golf cart and access to amenity cards were a great addition. We were there during July 4th week, so cart rentals would’ve been impossible. We loved the view from the back deck! I highly recommend this rental!

Life at Ocean point
Enjoyed watching the life in and on the lagoon; grandsons loved eating lunch quite often at Ocean Point and using the private pool. A great vacation enjoyed by all!
