Mira a los delfines jugar desde la cama principal. Esta agua profunda de diseño arquitectónico, 10 pies en marea baja, casa rural es una visita obligada y alquilar. Las vistas son absolutamente impresionantes. El río Whale Branch se puede ver desde todas las habitaciones.

Tenemos dos porches protegidos. Uno abajo y uno uptairs que se envuelve alrededor de la guarida. El estudio tiene vistas completamente unobstructive del agua como las 'paredes' exteriores se deslizan las puertas de cristal que se pliegan sobre sí mismos por completo la apertura de la casa. La sala cuenta con un televisor y la sala de literas tiene un 19 '42 TV. También hay un jugador 25 'TV y VCR en el dormitorio principal. Hemos añadido ROKU en el estudio. Ver películas ilimitadas en Netflix. También puede ver YouTube.

Nuestra casa se encuentra a sólo 15 minutos de la I-95 y por lo que está a unos 45-55 minutos a cualquiera uno de estos premios ciudades ganar! Se puede visitar tanto de esas ciudades hermosas y encantadoras con facilidad, y no se olvide Fripp Island o Hilton Head Island son una rápida 30-45 minutos en coche también!

Family summer trip with young kids
Stayed at Deep Water Cottage with 5 people. 2 parents, and 3 young kids. Scenery was great. How was kept up nicely. The current on the tidal River in front of the house was stronger than we felt comfortable with. Kids didn’t get to swim off the dock, but we visited all of the public beaches in the area. Would stay there again.

Beautiful Carolina coastal experience
We immediately fell in love with the place as soon as we stepped out of the vehicle. Before we even unpacked we went out to the dock and watched the most beautiful sun set. We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate my husband and I's 10 year wedding anniversary and our youngest daughters 4th birthday. The home was charming, comfortable and surrounded enchanting views. We are already planning our next visit.

charming waterfront home
We stayed for about 10 days in mid-January so we were didn't really think we'd get to enjoy the benefits of the waterfront site. However, we loved waking to the view of the water every morning (including the occasional dolphins) and the gorgeous marsh vistas. The kitchen is well-equipped, bed was quite comfy and bathroom sizable. It was charming, quiet and everything we needed. Looking forward to booking again!

Great weekend getaway
Property was clean and well appointed. Good communication with the property manager/owner. Pretty much 10 to 15 minutes away from anything in town. Noce quiet setting for my girlfriend and I to get away. Note: If you're bring a boat make sure you launch it prior to getting to the property. The driveway was a tight squeeze with my boat trailer. Also, the trees hang down pretty low if you have a boat with a t top it might not make it.

The fishing and crabbing was great! Perfect place for my husband and I. We loved the views throughout the house, but the master bedroom on top floor has the best view of all!

Another Fabulous Vacation!
We have stayed at this cottage many times over many years...and plan to do so for years to come. It is a simple cottage, small, but very well-appointed, situated on a private piece of property. Nice primary suite and a bunk room for four. The grounds are nicely maintained. It has a private dock and an outstanding view out along the Whale Branch River. Fish, crab and shrimp right off the dock and a boat ramp a few minutes down the river is easily accessed. Dolphins are very frequent visitors (every day of every trip I have spent there), often right beside the dock! The owners are very friendly and helpful and take whatever steps are needed to make sure your experience is great. There are few properties anywhere in the region that can match what it has to offer.

Patty was great! We were scheduled to stay for Labor Day weekend but the hurricane has us worried about travel. Patty was super understanding and gave us a full refund. We really appreciated the flexibility and understanding and plan to book with her in the future.

My family and I stayed at this house last year. Everything was perfect, so we booked again for this year. This years stay was not so good. The owners never responsed back to my message nor heard from the entire stay. The house was in need of a deep clean. Dead bugs and dust were on window ledges. Damp towels were left in dryer from previous guest. Wet floor mat was left in washer. Dirty sheets and childs socks were at left at end of buckbed mattress. Outside windows had a green mossy film. We were so disappointed, but made the most of out family trip.

Awesome home
We stayed 4 nights in July and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent most of our time on the dock catching crabs, sharks, stingrays and other fish varieties, including cast netting for bait fish. We made a couple of trips into Beaufort for lunch/dinner and bait/tackle at Grayco on Ladys Island. I do like stopping in The Kitchen and picking up some fun snacks while on Ladys Island. We also enjoyed some awesome sandwiches from Mameem and Maudie's. It's only an enjoyable 20 minute drive to Beaufort/Ladys. The home was super comfortable to hang out. I loved the screened porch. I was very excited to see/hear Painted Buntings everyday, amazing! The awesome master bedroom has the perfect view of the water. The bunk room is just that, bunks. No space for anything else, we had to put our bag in the den. And there is no way I would climb on those top bunks! LOL! But the bottom bunks were very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked as I cooked a couple of meals at the house. And yes, you must stop at Highway 21 Seafood and pick up fresh shrimp or fish. I bought shrimp, flounder, conch, and a whole snapper. Patty was amazing to work with and answered questions/concerns quickly. We would certainly stay here again. Thank you, Patty!

We were looking for a place to stay that wasn’t a hotel. We chose the perfect place with this one. We watched dolphins swim past all day! The house was very comfortable and just what we were looking for. The property owner was in contact with us throughout our stay for anything we needed!

The house was lovely. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing! And watching dolphins swim by! The boardwalk and dock are in need of repair as there were loose boards and nails popping out of the boards. But a very nice trip for us!

Lots of potential
My family and I spent Memorial day weekend at the house. Unfortunately, due to the weather, most of our plans were foiled - leading us to spend more time in the house than we had planned. Few notes/Issues: -The dock is shared with the house next door - this is not noted in the description. - overall the place is dirty, like it is in desperate need of a deep clean (floors, dusty) - The kids bunks were very high (even the lower ones) and the top bunks did not have side rails. We were able to locate one toddler rail in the utility closet which we used, but I do not see how you would safely place 4 children in there. Also the ladder is very wobbly and there is only one. My 10 yo almost fell off of it several times. -The king bed upstairs is very comfortable on one side, but extremely saggy on the left. They have placed a mattress topper on it, but the mattress itself is in desperate need of replacement so it doesnt help. The sheets were not deep enough to fit on the mattress+topper, so was continuously popping off. There was no mattress protective pad and the mattress visable when the sheet would pop off was dirty. - The kitchen is ill stocked and difficult to find things. We never found a cutting board. - from a location perspective, the house is close to the bridge and so you do hear some traffic noise. We would consider staying here again if we knew some of these items were addressed. For the price, at this point it was not worth it.

Trip into nature
This is a house immersed in nature. There are birds of every color including painted buntings, common yellow throats, black and white throated warblers....All you have to do is sit in the house or sit outside to be rewarded with these songsters. Crabbing and Shrimping has been off since the hurricane passed through but the dolphins cruise the Whale Branch River which is right in front of the house and there is always a place to throw out a fishing line. This is one of our favorite houses to visit and as a result we try to visit every year.
