“Our family of 17 had a fabulous time in these 2 beautiful properties. The two families with teens shared one house, and the family with littles and us shared the other. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee and everything we needed, and the expresso machine was a HUGE hit! We loved the amenities! - Game room, paddle boards and kayaks and a free of charge lake with a beach within a few miles. Plenty of room in the houses for family gatherings and meals, and we even had a family church...

The beds were super comfy, and plenty of cozy spots outside to relax and enjoy the fresh air, way beyond what we expected! Our hosts were flexible and great at communicating. “We had a very easy and relaxing experience. Everything in the house was in great working condition. Our two boys had a great time with all of the games and toys that were at the house. Both boys loved the basketball game. The house was perfectly set up for a small family. Everything we wanted to do Big Trees hiking and White Pines lake was only about a 5 to 10 min drive away. Small market right down the street was great for any last minute items that you might need. We will return! Thank you!”

“Great location in the Blue Lake Springs community. We loved the Access to two private lakes, and the huge pool. Minutes to Big Trees State Park, and White Pines Lake. Cabin had more than enough games to keep my 3 kids busy. Neighbors were very nice as well. Would stay here again!”

“We were very lucky to find this amazing Alpine Cabin for our family snow vacation in February. Thank you to Jess and Family for such an amazing opportunity. We really enjoyed the design of the Cabin with amazing A-frame, gas fireplace and plenty of room for all. It was very well appointed, supplied and super clean. I must add that the communication was excellent and the check-in process was superb as we were met in person by the owner and shuttled in the winter to the Cabin with their snowmobile...

“We had a great time in Kirkwood. Enjoyed having the great room and fireplace. Perfect place to share with a family or two. Great selection of board games! Nothing flash but it all works and house gets cosy quickly - we arrived late and it was cold at first. We loved being able to ski to and from the property to Timber Creek (lots of traversing but doable). The shuttle service is an excellent alternative if you’re not up for this. Liz could not have been more helpful or communicative with us.”
