“The property is beautiful and in an amazing location. We loved seating on the big wraparound porch. The beds were comfortable and there is so much natural light pouring into the house. Super close to the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Absolutely would stay here again.”

“Perfect townhouse within walking distance to the beach and local shops. The home has everything you need to make your stay homey and comfortable. ”

“My husband and 2 little dogs loved this house! Pool and back patio was very nice!Back patio is fully fenced in so we felt safe with the dogs off leash.Beds were comfortable. Decor modern. Plenty of space for us!We had all necessities needed.Everything is very close to either eat or shop.Beach is right across street. Not crowded.We absolutely loved our stay!”

“Great stay at Jax Beach. Short 3 block walk to the beach. The garden shed had 3 backpack chairs that we took each day and they worked just fine. I'd suggest bringing a backpack cooler since there wasn't a beach cart and everything had to be carried to and from the beach. There are some beach bags in the house that we filled with towels, snacks, etc...The pier is only 1.5 miles away with a lot of restaurants and night life. Vicki was great at accommodating us and even moved dates around when I...

“We were here mostly for appts at the Mayo Clinic, which was very easy to get to about 15 min away. It was great cause the beach was right down the street from this rental and it is very convenient. Shops, restaurants close by as well. Very comfortable stay from check in to check out. Easy communication, had everything we needed and we felt at home. Highly recommend this place you won't be disappointed.”

“This was our 2nd year booking this cozy cottage for the 4th of July and honestly won’t be our last. It’s cozy and quiet (the base helicopter traffic doesn’t bother us) and has great walkable area for exploring and getting your dogs some exercise! The new coffee shop a street over is top tier!!! We love the pool area at the house and our only recommendation is for a patio cover. This property stays in the sun all day and a cover would really help elevate the space and make the patio more usable....
