“When I arrived to the apartment the key was not in the lock box. It was late and I called Chelsea. She immediately called me back and explained where the key was due to an issue with the new lock box. She was quite attentive and respinsive. The pmace was exactly as pictured My daughter and I took a quick walk to the beach and it was so close! The private parking was an 8 minute walk each way. A small miscommunication occured just prior to check-in, but the host did an amazing job of taking ownership of the error as well as doing what was necessary to correct the situation and ensure us a pleasant stay. We would absolutely book again. ”

“A code is available the day of arrival so you can get into the cottage on your own. The kitchen is small, but adequate. The fridge and freezer work well and they left us a small bag of ice, which came in handy. Stayed 3 nights and only supplied 3 large bath towels. Plus other various smaller towels.
