Nice Stay
We enjoyed our stay! The cabin was nicely furnished (down to makeup cloths!) and decorated. The host sent a welcoming text & asked that we contact her if we needed anything. We enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying the quiet. We strolled historic Durango one day & took the train to Silverton the next.

Beautiful and comfortable little home
My husband and I were visiting Bayfield for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed this home and our stay. The home was clean, quiet, cool and was by the beautiful Pine River. We had no issues what so ever and would stay here again.

Very clean, peaceful and quiet
We stayed 10 days and enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the cabin was well stocked with supplies. The only issue we encountered was the Wi-Fi /streaming of TV. It was on again, off again for most of the time we were there. We loved the “country” location.

Change of plans
This stay was a spur of the moment decision when we had to pivot from our original plans due to altitude sickness. This was the perfect place to recuperate and had a couple of days of very nice road-trips and hiking. I recommend Vallecito Lake and Pagosa Sorings with a hike to Treasure Falls. This home is extremely clean, well decorated, and nice hike to the river for some trout fishing. Air conditioner wasn’t working when we arrived but when my husband texted the number in the house manual, a repairman came within the hour and fixed it.

This property is beautiful. We walked to the peaceful river in the mornings and saw many deer. We also saw a couple of turkeys. The views are amazing. It is very quiet and had all upgraded appliances. It is a perfect get away for a couple. Short drive to Durango. Thank you to the owners of this property! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Spot
The Greater Durango area is a beautiful place to stay. The view of the mountains from the living room is gorgeous. The locals seemed to be friendly people. There are a number of great restaurants in the town of Bayfield, I suggest bottom shelf brewery. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful River Sode Natue Oasis
This property is private and secluded, with deer, turkey and other wildlife. You can hear the stream from the open windows. We took daily walks by the river and it was a great place to sleep and then venture out during the day.
