“Condo had all the accomidations and amenities. Stayed in Puerto Rico many times , historically in the tourist areas. This time decided to stay in an area unfamiliar with. Host was very responsive to questions, offering recommendations for travel experiences and local food establishments. Traveled with family, which consisted of wife and two teenage boys. Great cultural experience, along with some of the nicest beaches, apparently not known by many tourist.Rain forest close by if you enjoy...

“This property was gorgeous!! Beautifully decorated. Host added so many personal touches to elevate our stay. Host communicated throughout booking giving a clear description of the condo and how to get in. The location was right in the middle of everything. No car needed to explore the area but the available parking space is a wonderful option. Proximity to the beach was less than 2 minutes (beach towels, chair, cooler and umbrella avail). “We had a great stay at this property. Everything was great. My kids loved the beach that was just a short walk away. The pools are open late and we enjoyed swimming and the hot tub almost every night after long days of exploring the island. On site basketball and volleyball were also a hit with my family. We wanted to try out the Mini golf, but just ran out of time. Great location close to San Juan, Fajardo, El Yunque, and the airport. Very clean property and great communication with the owner....

We did tours everyday and would say this spot is a perfect combo for your pick up but after returning right near fun evening time places and the beach! The balcony is a nice option for fresh air, although do have to note the construction - but to be honest you should out and about anyhow around the island so should barely notice ;) The unit itself is modern and great.
