Beware
We checked in on a Friday and upon check in I noticed the room was warm, so I checked our second room and it was warm. The thermostat said this it was calling for a/c but it wasn’t responding. I immediately contacted Heirloom to explain the situation. They assured me a HVAC technician would be out on Saturday to check and fix the problem. Come to find out they sent the maintenance man and no technician. He said he couldn’t fix the problem so there solution was to bring us fans. This wasn’t a problem with 1 room, but 2 rooms. I expressed my frustration and the compensated me by returning $500. They felt like that was adequate for what I paid for the rooms. At this point I wished I would have just booked hotel rooms. With all that to say, I would beware of Heirloom Properties. Very frustrating and feel the compensation should have been more.
