Propiedad hermosa y completamente privada ubicada en un barrio muy tranquilo de Battle Ground. La casa está rodeada de vegetación y césped infinito con impresionantes vistas sobre el valle verde. Las casas vecinas están lo suficientemente lejos para que olvides que todavía estás en la ciudad. Es una casa perfecta para reuniones familiares o un retiro tranquilo entre sus días ocupados explorando el área. Ubicado a una corta distancia en automóvil de dos autopistas interestatales principales ya solo 20 minutos de Portland, ¡y todo lo que tiene para ofrecer!


Esta hermosa casa espaciosa de dos niveles tiene capacidad para 16 personas. Cuenta con 5 habitaciones y 3. 5 baños. El nivel principal cuenta con una gran sala familiar con vistas al patio y una cocina completamente equipada; Lavadero con lavadora y secadora, y medio baño justo al lado de la cocina, sala de estar acogedora detrás de las puertas francesas y un comedor formal. A la derecha de la entrada principal hay un pasillo que conduce a un amplio y luminoso dormitorio principal con cama King y baño privado; El segundo dormitorio se encuentra al otro lado del pasillo con acceso a la sala de baño completo.

Segundo nivel dispone de 2 dormitorios, oficina y 1 baño completo. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio, la oficina se puede usar como un dormitorio con sofá cama o un espacio perfecto para trabajar con un escritorio y una silla de oficina, el tercer dormitorio es excelente para los niños con 2 camas individuales con nido y una cama para niños pequeños. También ofrecemos 3 camas individuales en el piso (y un par de colchones tamaño queen por un costo adicional).

La casa cuenta con 2 televisores (2 Apple TV con acceso a DirecTV Now, Netflix y otras aplicaciones), Internet de alta velocidad, libros, juegos de mesa / tarjeta y juguetes. El patio delantero tiene un camino circular muy grande para acomodar reuniones familiares o grupos grandes con más vehículos. Los bosques son un área fresca para esconderse del calor durante los días de verano o disfrutar de una sensación de campamento mientras asas unos malvaviscos sobre la hoguera en las horas de la noche.

El espacioso y cuidado patio es un lugar increíble para reuniones, comidas de barbacoa en el patio donde puedes sentarte y disfrutar de la impresionante vista del valle mientras tus hijos juegan en el área de juegos. Hacemos todo lo posible para brindarle todas las necesidades y el entretenimiento, por lo que el tiempo que pasa aquí es libre de estrés y todo lo que tiene que preocuparse es crear buenos recuerdos.

Great space, convenient location
We were so happy to spend our Thanksgiving here. This house is very large and kid friendly. My grandsons loved the trampoline and the fire pit smores were a hit. The house is older and could use some maintenance. The kitchen is filled with dishes, but could use a restock of basic food staples. We're glad we ordered and brought in our Thanksgiving meal. Overall, we really had a wonderful time in this beautiful setting. Thank you!

Really loved the property
The house was really nice to stay in. So much space for everyone to spread out and enjoy our own space and also great places in the house to all be together! The plants and flowers outside the house were enjoyable and the fruit trees were an added bonus.

The property was exactly as represented. We were a group of 5 couples and there was plenty of room to all be together in one room or spread out. Communication was timely. Loved the bunnies hopping around the yard. We didn't stay nearly long enough!

Great family property for younger kids
We enjoyed the stay very much, and our small children loved the trampoline and play set. The property is in a wonderful neighborhood with peaceful surroundings and friendly neighbors. It is close to grocery stores, theme freeway and parks. The only negatives we had were the a/c unit seemed to not get below 78 degrees when it was above 95 outside, even though we kept the doors closed, the banister railing had wider spacing so my 1-year-old could fit through the railings, and there was some caution tape marking off part of the yard which seemed out of place. Otherwise, we loved the size of the house, the cleanliness of the place, and the features of the yard and neighborhood, namely the mini baseball field with backstop in the front yard. My family would definitely return if we came back to this area.

Disappointment in Battle Ground
On the positive side: The home is quite spacious and quaint. The skylights dramatically light up the second floor. It has some charming features, such as the copse of trees in front, a piano, and the remains of a 60s era intercom and tape player installed in the walls. Beds are comfortable. A comfortable front porch. It’s on a side street in a quiet neighborhood. Nice view of Clark County scenery in the back. On the negative side: The home is in need of some serious TLC. It has a shoddy and worn out look; e.g, the grimy-looking siding, the missing left handle on the refrigerator. I was instructed to use the dishwasher before I left, but it appeared to be missing its control panel. If you want bars of soap, you’ll need to bring your own. I do not have children, but the dilapidated playground pictured in photo 12 did not look safe. There is a quite a bit of junk on the premises, such as a broken-down pick-up truck, a discarded grill, lawn mower, and a rather ominous abandoned swimming pool surrounded by a cheap chainlink fence. There are also a few structural peculiarities, such as the lack of a closet in the master bedroom (obviously not the current owner’s fault). But worst of all, the owner of the property was totally uncommunicative. I don’t expect the red carpet treatment, but at other Vrbo properties, the owners made it a point to visit when we first arrived. The Meadow Glade owner never sent so much as a welcome or goodbye email. Such unfriendliness would have been off-putting even in a much more attractive site. I fly from the Midwest to visit family in Clark County every summer. I will not stay at this property again, or any property which this owner offers.

Pretty neighborhood, poor representation on VRBO site
The check in times were off by an hour which isn't huge except when a family is flying in from all over, the time matters because my parents had to kill time to get there and just wanted to get dinner started for the rest of us coming in later. VRBO says in email check in time at 3 pm, and then the manager said 4 pm. I understand the reason for check in later but getting that info a day prior to travel was a bit frustrating. My parents get there and to their surprise, the rooms as advertised on VRBO was not at all what it was. They put twin size "cots" in rooms, cubbies and grown adults with spouses had to sleep on them in separate areas until we decided that we should just move them ourselves. They were broke, we had to use books to keep them from folding back together. The couch in the office that was a pull out bed was broke and it cut a child. We had to fix a trundle bed ourselves so that it could be used. The AC did not work, the refrigerator had missing handle, the house was dirty. The beds stunk, no top sheet and the comforter was what we had to cover up with that smelled as if they had not been washed in years. Seating available for about 7 people even though it was advertised for accommodations of double that. Also, should advertise it is well water so that if people are shy to drink it, they can prepare to get plenty of water (the well water was fine for us). I feel sad that prior renters did not treat this house well but the owners should keep up with the listing on VRBO, be honest about what is there and fix items when they are broke. There was also issues with the sink. I messaged the owner as soon as I walked in that evening and she didn't reach back out all week. I feel this was false advertising, I feel like we should not have had to pay for sleeping on camp cots and I feel we are due a some of our money back for these reasons.

Great house & Location but you will need to bring your own supplies if you stay here.
Making the reservation and check-in was very smooth and well planned by management. The house was clean and presentable and we really enjoyed our stay. The yard was big enough to set up a volleyball net right by the patio and BBQ area which we enjoyed very much. The living area is open and perfect for larger groups with a TV room that you can close to minimize noise which was really nice. The only thing missing was supplies that you would expect from any nightly rental home, hotel, or condo etc.. There were only a few garbage cans in the house, the kitchen was great (2 good size cans) but most of the restrooms were missing one. They provided a few small bottles of liquid soap but it was hard to tell if they were used so it was a little strange using them.. Bottom sheets were provided on every bed but no top sheets and the comforter was too small in the master bedroom to fit a king size bed. The extra pillows did not have pillow cases. The manual that was referred to in the check-in instructions was no where to be found.. Wasn't a huge issue but we didn't find where the towels and wash cloths were stored until well into the stay so we used hand towels for washcloths. The hot water in the master bedroom was warm but never hot so it was hard to use the tub.. after a few days, we figured out how to turn up the water heater and it was great after that. There was a few other minor things like salt and pepper shakers and laundry soap but nothing that prevented us from having a wonderful time here. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a big place with a larger group.. Just bring your own bedding and stop at the store for necessities. :)
