Recientemente agregué esta hermosa casa a mis casas de alquiler disponibles para alquilar, por lo que todavía no tengo ninguna crítica, pero le invitamos a consultar mis otras reseñas para ver cómo alojo todas mis propiedades. Esta impresionante casa de artistas es perfecta para la reunión familiar. Esta casa ofrece suficiente espacio y comodidad para impresionar al gusto más exigente. Ofreciendo una ubicación fantástica y un vecindario seguro conveniente para ir de compras y a 5 minutos de la interestatal 12. Ubicado a solo 20 minutos del centro de Baton Rouge y a 25 minutos del campus de LSU, ofrece fácil acceso a algunos de los destinos importantes más buscados. El dormitorio principal es enorme y comprende todo el segundo piso con un baño que es como ir a un spa. El armario principal es del tamaño de una habitación regular ... Los 2 dormitorios de la planta baja comparten un baño de tamaño completo. Otro medio baño fuera de la sala de estar es conveniente para sus invitados en la gran sala de estar. La oficina está preparada para hacer negocios si necesita hacer un poco de trabajo mientras está fuera de casa. El comedor también tendrá capacidad para 8 personas. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar una comida fantástica para su tripulación. Con dos refrigeradores y una máquina de hielo incorporada, la cocina ofrece una gran plataforma para alojar a su equipo de invitados. LSU Football Weekend
Unique home that served as a great launching point for a weekend get together around an LSU FB game weekend. Home is in a nice location with a grocery store not even 1 block away. Easy access to university and highways. Beds were comfortable. Loved the quirky dual staircases. Had the biggest master bedroom suite I’ve seen.

I loved the house, location, and size! I felt pretty safe! Had an issue with a lock and the host sent someone right away to take care of it! There were a few things I wasn’t happy about! I will discuss with the host and I’m sure he will take care of it! I would definitely stay again! Thank You for allowing us to stay in your home and for allowing my pet to come along!

Grand Spacious Home in Convenient Location
This is not your average rental property. The space is palatial. You will feel like Scarlet O’Hara descending the grand staircase in the foyer. Most importantly the house has everything you need to be comfortable. We had local friends visit us there. There is plenty of room for a gathering inside and on the patio if desired. All the kitchen basics are at the ready, as are plenty of towels, and comfortable furniture. The check-in/out procedure was simple and direct, not overly fussy. The home is located very close to shopping and fantastic restaurants at every price point. Try the City Cafe right around the corner. We went downtown several times and found the commute to be reasonably easy. As a bonus, our little dog was permitted to come. He loved having plenty of room to frolic. The backyard is fenced but be aware a small dog could escape if he’s the sneaky sort. The owner is 100% hands-on. He answered my queries immediately and politely. In a moment of ridiculous oversight on my part, I left behind a suitcase of essentials. We were nearing home when the owner texted to let me know I left it and then volunteered to mail it to me. I’m profoundly grateful. My only regret is that I couldn’t take the ultilty room and upstairs dressing room home with me. Such nice features.

Loved our stay in Baton Rouge
We completely enjoyed our stay at David's house. Was well furnished and we felt right at home. We had never been to Louisiana and were keen on visiting and exploring. We used the house as our base to explore. We visited several plantations, LSU's campus as well as downtown Baton Rouge. Great location for this home to branch out and explore. Thanks David for opening your house to us!

David hosted us for almost a month while we waited to close on our house, and also through Hurricane Ida. He was easy to get in touch with, understanding and willing to help when needed. The space was more than enough to meet our needs and made us feel at home in Baton Rouge before we had a home. Convenient location, great backyard and plenty of space!!

Sweet Jesus
From the moment we entered, we immediately felt at home. Only thing missing was the pool. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The owner's retreat, upstairs, is VERRRRY spacious. Would love to return during the winter months to cozy up to the fireplace. Would I stay here again? DEFINITELY!! Never once did we have to worry about our safety as the neighborhood is quite lovely. Location is very convenient to shopping, retail, and lot's of restaurants,

Lots of space!
This was a great property for my family, plenty of space for everyone to have their own bedroom plus an office where we were able to set up the Pack n Play. The location was perfect as we were visiting family who live in the same neighborhood. The property owner was very flexible when our flights were changed by the airline. When we arrived, the internet/cable was not working d/t a bad storm the night before. The owner was very responsive and immediately had it working after making a call to the service provider. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Baton Rouge!

All good except very dirty
Location and house amenities were everything we needed for our family vacation however the inside of this house was the dirtiest we have ever stayed in. It was evident within minutes of walking in the door at 10pm after a 14 hour drive this house had not been cleaned properly. Dust on ceiling fans, dirty carpets, food of the floors, and hair on floors/counters/everywhere throughout the entire house. This house needs a deep cleaning before recommending to stay here.

Great Area
Unfortunately the house wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked it to be. The stairs were lined with carpet and very dirty. The downstairs bathroom toilet did not look clean. Just about every dish I went to use had old food still on the dishes so I had to clean them before every use. A lot of the light bulbs in the house were out and the heaters in the upstairs bathroom didn’t work (only attempted to use them because we stayed during the coldest week of the year). Not that anyone is to blame, but when we first arrived the door that contained a keypad to lock the door didn’t work and by the end of our stay there was a leak under the kitchen sink that leaked all onto the floor and continued to drip until we left. Overall the house was nice and in a great area, the only downside was that the house wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked it to be for the price I paid. The owner was very nice, responded quickly, and dealt with the keypad and sink leak appropriately.
